I ordered these seats intending to have them in place for a Super Bowl party. When I ordered them, even the later date of the shipping date range I was given would have allowed the seats to arrive a couple of weeks before the Super Bowl, but our seats were delayed at the factory. Shara Williams at Theater Seat Store tried very hard to get the seats to us as quickly as possible. The eventually arrived a day or two before the game. Too late to plan a serious party so we just had a couple of people over. The two men that delivered the seats did a great job setting up the seats and clearing out the packaging. They look great and are very comfortable. Jaws drop when people walk into our theater room. I just wish they would have arrived two weeks earlier.

I ordered 2 of these and they arrived in about 6-8 weeks as advertised. I love the blue led lighted cupholders and base rails. These seats are pretty much plug and play, my neighbor help me get them upstairs in the master bedroom which proved to be a challenge since my stairways are narrow. I don't think they were designed to be put anywhere but the living room but we got them up there nonetheless. I love the power recline and you can place these seats within inches from the wall and don't have to worry about rubbing when reclining. Very comfortable to sit in and i've fallen asleep in them many times. I would highly recommend these to a friend.

Very pleased with the entire purchasing and delivery process. The chairs look great. I have not had the chairs long enough yet to comment on their durability.

The seats finally arrived after two months of waiting. I ordered seats that I was told were "In Stock" but waited more than two months to get them. Multiple versions of stories when I called, including that the bad winter weather shut down the factory in the Carolinas. Logical story except they were supposedly "In Stock" and they were actually made in Mexico and shipped from Texas. Once the seats were received, i am generally happy. Some minor improvements in the headrest support is needed, but overall, they are a good value seat and I am very satisfied.

The actual chairs are great. They are exactly as described and good quality. Our only problem was with delivery. We paid an extra $100 for what they call white glove delivery which means they are to take them to the room of our choice, unpackage them and set them up. Theaterseatstore outsources delivery to 3rd party delivery services. Our delivery service arrived at our house and refused to set the chairs up. They said they never do the set up and they didn't know what we were talking about. $100 down the drain so don't fall for thier gimmick of "we will set it up for an extra $100 if you buy the white glove delivery". They basically stole $100 from us.

Bought 2 theater chairs in leather and am very happy with them so far. Took a while for delivery but was worth it. Seem to be of better quality than anything I could find in stores and a little less money. Would recommend. Thx, Coop

I bought what I was lead to believe to be the newest technology in comfort (Pallister II) I was only mildly happy with the comfort. 8 weeks before I got delivery was very long w/ no communication from The Theatre Store. Only after I contacted them did I hear back, Everytime they promised to call me back with details. This never happened. They hit my credit card for the final payment and there was no delivery for almost 3 weeks after.I would recommend sitting in what you buy before ordering and if you follow thru don't expect good service.
