VERY happy Nice comfortable seats,Fast delievery .

As a first time buyer of Theater seats, they made my experience an easy and pleasurable one. Told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. I couldn't be happier with the selection they made for me. The Theater Seat Store met or exceeded all my expectations. They had a great selection to choose from, the sales rep did a very nice job explaining the product and process and took all the time necessary to get me what i wanted, i shopped around a alot and they absolutely had the best price, the delivery was well communicated and in the time frame they gave me, the white glove service was quick, efficient and handled by two clean polite young men, and the Palliser theater seats I purchased were perfect. I highly recommend Palliser and the Theater Seat Store.

I love the theater seats. I have two seats. The main single has the compartment for remotes on the right arm. If the second seat was on the right the compartment would be in the middle of the two seats. I was not asked what I prefered when I ordered so they sent me one on the left. I would think with two seats you would want the compartment in the middle. I recieved the seats at 9:32 in the morning. Got an email with tracking number at 10:30 the same morning. Glad someone was home.

I received the chairs within the three week estimate and all arrived in great condition. Setup was very, very easy and the chairs are both attractive and remarkably comfortable. Overall a great value for the money.

I ordered 4 Magnolia seats. The sales guy was very helpful and they were delivered within a week. So far, so good .... There were a couple of issues with the chairs. One was a minor issue that was probably more of a question than a complaint. The other was a potential structural issue with one of the seats. I called the sales guy and left a message ... no response. I left him another message a few days later ... again, no response. After another couple of days I called customer service. The lines were busy and a recording asked me to leave a message and someone would call back. Two days later there has still been no response. You would think that they could at least return phone calls. Hopefully it's not three strikes and you are out ... If anyone at the Theater Seat Store is reading this please have someone return my calls.

I was very pleased with how efficient the process was from ordering my product online to the final delivery and setup. The communication was impeccable. I was extremely pleased that once a delivery date was scheduled that I was able to modify the date to fit my schedule. The delivery process was flawless and the setup was well worth the extra money. My family has really enjoyed our new home theater leather recliners and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. Based on the exceptional process from front to end and the quality and comfort of our leather recliners I would highly recommend my friends and family to make a purchase at the Home Theater Store.
