Nice chairs......Horrible service.
The chairs were nice, but it took 3+ months to get them after I was quoted 45 days. I won't ever use Theater Seat Store again.

How to do it Right when your Competitors don't have a Clue
Dealing with Theater Seat Store was a pleasure. In fact, it was a very pleasant surprise. Having recently dealt with a direct competitor (who was a nightmare from beginning to end), I was eager to see how this experience would fall. Happily, Theater Store apparently understands their customers and seems ready and willing to back that up. From my initial contact to my delivery, everything was professional and as promised. What more can you ask from a company? Thank you for restoring my faith after another company in your industry tried very hard to destroy it.

delivery disaster
The sales process was excellent. The delivery process BY FAR the worst retail experience in my life. How about calling the moving company OVER 25x and NEVER having them answer the phone. Delayed delivery, terrible communications, terrible experience. So many phone calls. Then the seats arrive (very nice - they are great) and one of the 8 electronic recline does not work. So I call and make sure the parts are delivered to my personal home vs the vacation home of delivery. Guess where they were delivered? So in the end your sales gets an A. The chairs get an A. You delivery gets an F-. So overall you get an F. Never again

Very good service
Chair everything expected it came in sooner than predicted.Tablet holder and light were back ordered or out of stock.Received them and the tablet holder is worth waiting for works great .

Nice chairs, but took way too long
Great looking and great quality, but it took 12 weeks, not the 6-8 they said. They were the Paliser brand

better job this time around
First time I ordered 4 row seats it took almost 2 months to receive. This time ordered 3 - 3 row seats and it took less time which I was elated to receive within a month.

Everything was great. I say we had another product from Camping World and was not exactly the same. They gave me a discount which was good. But I took out 2 wine glass holders costing about $75.00.
Well we are very,very happy with the chairs. Came on time and easy to install. One negative was, Nick gave us a discount as I could get a set similar from Camping World(they are for an RV) but when I changed the order to cancel 2 wine glass holders, he would only give back the cost of one. I thought it was a cheap move. The trays are on back order, no big deal as they will send to my address in Canada, but surly they could order enough to satisfy all orders ??? but the seats are awesome.
