Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

WOW WOW, Very very satisfied with my theater seats. Firstly I never ever write reviews, but I feel I had too for this company. From the start to finished they were there for me, for all my needs & questions through the process to make sure I was happy & satisfied with my purchase that suited me& my needs. Their after service was impeccable for example , after purchase they kept me in the loop on my purchase & what to expect delivery & installing etc. Delivery was spot on & exactly what I expected with no surprises , everything was a fantastic smooth process from start to finish. This is the part of my experience I like best is that they circled back to me for status update on my purchase & answers to any further questions I had. Were in the world does this happen anymore, Very impressed . Also I love getting compliment from anyone who visits & see's them thanks Theater seat store

For the price the seats were a good deal. They are comfortable and received as described/viewed on the website. The quality of "leather" could be better, but you get what you pay for and they do meet my expectations. The reason I am giving the review 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the delivery. They did arrive in perfect condition (even the boxes), however the companies/set up for delivery was frustrating and could use much improvement. Unfortunately the last impression is the lasting one. Fed Ex freight made the first delivery. Either a mistake of the Theater Seat Store of Fed Ex..... Fed Ex did not have a phone number to contact to me set up for delivery. So I ended up getting a voice mail from someone at Fed Ex stating they have been trying to reach me with no avail and were going to place my delivery in storage (this was the first call and I don't know if they just contacted the Theater Seat Store to get my number to now somehow make that call?? Furthermore when I checked tracking online it would only say unable to locate with the number given, so never even knew they were awaiting delivery. Then delivery day came....We ordered 4 seats.... 3 arrived for unknown reasons. So we were inconvenienced later on to arrange once again to be home for the 4th to be delivered. The last chair was arranged with delivery via Manna. They gave me a horrible window time at 5pm the day before of between 11-4. Since I would not be taking the day off from work to get this chair (that should of arrived before with the other 3) I had to cancel. Manna then got approval for a late delivery a few days later of between 3-7pm. I then had to deal with broken delivery scheduling system of Manna..... Which then called me the before saying they would be there between 12-5. After clearing it up with Manna and them confirming they were wrong that I did indeed have a later delivery time (after begin placed on hold twice).....Delivery day come. Low and behold... I get a call before noon from the delivery people saying they will be there in 30 min. The delivery people had to wait for over an hour for me to get home as soon as I could to accept the delivery. Much to be approved upon with the vendors this company uses for shipping/delivery to avoid frustration and send out the full shipment as ordered....for I am sure for most people it's an inconvenience to even arrange to be home for delivery unless you work from home or unemployed.

Opted for the xl700 turbo in bonded leather with power recline. Seats came in the time indicated by Rob the sales agent and they now sit happily in my theater room being enjoyed by the whole family.

Our 3 seat theater seating is excellent. It is very comfortable, works great and was not very expensive compared to other brands we considered. The product shipped out fast and the while glove. delivery was easy.

The first purchase I was very pleased.... I selected top grain leather and power recline my purchase arrived fast and correct with no damage. The second purchase I ordered the same options top grain leather and power recline. My second purchase arrived and did not resemble the first, instead it looked very shiny and extremely wrinkled; bonded leather. I called and complained requesting that complaint be noted on my account and was told they did not know how they would handle same. The chairs look totally different. Unhappy!!!

Totally dishonest people !! STAY AWAY !!! They quoted me one price and charged me $800 more then agreed ! Had to call American express to try to get it straight . They are THEIFS !!

I bought 3 chairs from them and paid for the White glove service which was anything but. They set up the chairs incorrectly. There was a hole in the leather on the one arm. So I called thinking I'd get a new one sent.. WRONG - they schedule someone to come out and look at the problem and determine if it can be fixed or not.. That took 2 months. The person then ordered the parts - add on another 2 months and when the leather came, it was the wrong leather.. add on another 2 months... If this was a store near me, I would have received a brand new one and not have to wait 8 months from when the chairs came to get them fixed and as of today, they still are not. While I like the chairs, I am not impressed with Customer Service if you call it that and to me, if I spend a couple thousand dollars would expect More... guess others don'ts.

I placed my order nearly three months ago and I'm still awaiting all of the components. I have called multiple times, promised I would receive updates, and I still don't have any updates or my full order. Love the seats, but I loathe the service I've received. My initial shipment did not include the tables and lamps I ordered. I was also not made aware that it was a partial order. This resulted in my first of multiple unsatisfactory calls to customer service. Someone needs to sort this out immediately.
