The chairs are very comfortable and work as expected. The vinyl components feel and look very cheap. I expected that, like most leather car seats, the vinyl would be heavy and closely resemble the leather face. It does not. It is obviously vinyl and looks and feels like cheap plastic sheeting. I hope that it lasts. Good thing I got the extended warranty. Customer service at point of sale was good, however the delivery personnel were some of the worst I have experienced. I left a separate review for them on their website. I would expect that the TheatreSeatStore would consider changing their service or look into what they need to do to improve the service with their current one.

Very well made. Nice and firm with 2000 level leather uPhrase. Power works grest,but if I had it to do over again I'd get manual leg lift because you can lower and raise it faster. Took 3 weeks longer than gotcastvto artive, but worth the wait. Needed to work with Pallister customer service to get power extension cables because of my personal setup-they were great.

Let's just say I'd be thrilled to write a review IF I ever receive my order! I ordered my chair and PAID IN FULL on Order #01-80079. Order Date: 2/24/2015. It is now 6/1. My order says shipped. No tracking number, no nuttin'! you claim 8-10 weeks when ordering, then the excuses start. How about a little customer service?

Bought 2 rows of 3 Octane Turbo theater seats for my man cave and wanted them before the holiday. Was quoted a 10 day delivery which i was concerned would be cutting it a little close but the sales rep said that they were in stock. I went for it and am happy that i did as even my wife enjoys these seats. They are comfortable and were easy to setup. I recommend these seats.

Fell in love with this style when I first saw it and knew immediately that I had to have it. Called Theaterseatstore and had an excellent sales experience with Rob who wAs very knowledgable on the product categories and options. Ordered my seats and received them in about 3 weeks from order date. The quality and comfort exceeded what I remember experiencing when I first sAw this model before I bought it.

My theater chairs came in about month pass the promised delivery date. I was told after my email was seen in to ask about delay.

I ordered the Palliser Pacifico II in late November of last year, and at that time the sales person told me it would take 8 - 10 weeks. For the first few weeks after ordering, I received a few emails with updates regarding my order, which I thought was a nice touch, but after those few weeks I didn't receive anything. After 11 weeks I called them for an update on my order, and they didn't seem to know anything about it. Then they told me it would take about another 10 -11 weeks for my order to come in. Meanwhile they tried offering me other products that I didn't want based on their origin. After that I received a few emails that stated it looked like they could get my order to me earlier than expected, but that never happened. I finally received my chairs 22 weeks after I ordered them. They continued to blame the manufacturer, but I'm not completely convinced.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing theater chairs on-line but after talking to Tom (Salesperson) he made me feel at ease. I was very pleased with the chairs once I received them. The timing was a little more than promises but it was well worth the wait.
