Unit was delivered and missing the reading light I had to call to find out it was backordered. The seats do not come together but are just pushed together to look like they do. Very dissapointing There is only one adjustment. The legs do not come up far enough. I have tried calling but the cust serv is always busy with long wait. They look good but do not have the comfort of a standard recliner. It has been several weeks and still have not heard about the lamp

The new seats are great and were easy to put together with no tools needed. I did not receive the tray table I purchased on Apr. 9th (supposed to be on back order) and am still waiting for it . Communication with company was slow, The call to confirm my order was received the same day I received my seats. Other than the minor flaws in the silvery end, love the new seats.

the 5 chairs that were not damaged are great. the one chair that was damaged by the fork lift is causing a little bit of a headache. we have not had that good of luck. the pictures that were requested were sent. no response, I called today and was told that some of the pictures were to close. this is a secondary home for the whole family and is a few hours away. so, getting a third set of pictures is not making me very happy. the first time i called i was just told to take some pictures, the second time i was told what other pictures to take. today i was told that some of the pictures were too close and that they need them further away.

I ordered 4 octane 700 theater seats. When the seats were delivered with the white glove service, there were lots of problems. First when the delivery truck pulled up, they decided to try and back into my driveway and tore down my phone lines going across the driveway. No one even bothered to look at the access to my driveway to determine any overhead wires were in the way. Then the driver blamed everyone but himself for the lines being down. The driver suggested that I contact someone about the lines being down and I replied that its not my responsibility. You knocked them down, you deal with them. So there was already problems with this so called white glove service. Then the two delivery people started to unload the chairs in the boxes. They brought the chairs into the house thru the front door with the plastic bags still on the chairs. When they opened up the bags around the chairs, out spilled these little glass beads all over my hard wood floors. That got some what cleaned up before they were stepped on and pressed into the surface of the hard wood floors. Now they begin to try to assemble the chair admitting that they have never assembled this type of chair before. Not real sure why they didn't look at the assembly instructions prior to delivery like the delivery paperwork says they were supposed to. No instructions in the boxes the chairs came in?? I was getting frustrated with this poor service and made a comment that I was told that a delivery service would be very experienced with these chairs. The man driving the truck that I later found out was the owner of the delivery company got mad at my comment and stated that I was a hard to please customer and was going to leave without finishing his job. I apoligized just to get this very unprofessional delivery job done. What a joke. I had to call the seat store three times to get info so the chairs could be assembled. So finally the seats were in place but not hooked up to the electric because of no extension chords. Moving on to other problems... it took two more weeks to get the trays delivered and they sent them without the posts to make then fit into the chair grommets. I had to call again and they said they should have been in the box with the trays which they were not. Another week goes by and the posts finally arrive in the mail. Now the trays finally fit so all that left is were are my two wine glass holders that I paid for almost two months ago??? Again I call the seat store and customer service said they were already delivered. Nothing at my front door so after way to much discussion they were supposed to ship new ones. Still waiting after almost a month from the initial delivery of the seats. No wine glass holders yet??? Buyer beware of this seat store. When I suggested the they should refund me the $199 that I paid extra for the WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY the seat store customer service person said they cant do it. Again buyer beware. You will have to hold everyone by the hand just to get what you paid for done. STILL NOT A HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I was a little hesitant to order theater chairs online, but the whole process couldn't have gone better. I did my online research and then talked with someone at Theater Seat Store prior to ordering. The chairs showed up way sooner than I expected and everything has gone perfectly. Thank you!

The chairs are good and just what we'd expected. Very comfortable, good quality. The adjustable headrest doesn't fit us right and so is not useful. Wish we could turn out the annoying blue light on the control. The bad part was the delivery. It took much longer than expected and the people we dealt with on the phone were not all that helpful. We did finally get the chairs, at least a week later than promised, but it was frustrating.

We are 100% satisfied. Very comfortable and lights are awesome. Would highly recommend them.
