Very unprofessional company! Initially, ordering was easy. However, the delivery was a mess and when I called customer service, they were rude and unprofessional. We cancelled the order and purchased locally.

I bought 3 custom Fortress Madison chairs (wall hugging recline, heat, massage, mechanized head support, mechanized lumbar support, reading lamps, and cup holders) and 3 Madison chaises (same options plus swivel tables on each end) from Theaterstore.com. Fortress was able to customize these pieces to the exact inch with length, depth, height, and width. Because of precise customization they fit perfectly in my smaller 12 by 24 foot home theater. Nick Paunovich and Shara Jennett were extremely helpful in facilitating this process and responded to well over two dozen emails and phone calls promptly. The chairs and chaises are the best quality furniture items I have ever bought. I have young kids who treat them like a trampoline and jungle gym and they are as sturdy as a rock — extremely durable and high quality build. The only two issues that came up is that 1) one of the chairs was supposed to be a rocker, but didn’t really “rock” — still highly comfortable, but know Fortress does not have a true “rocking chair” option — the other two chairs were “360 swivel” and work very well. And 2) because the chairs/chaises have so many technical and electric options there is some assembly required and there was one delivery team that was not quite up to the task. But Theaterseatstore.com corrected this issue right away and sent the right team to my house the same day to fix the issue. Amazing.

I ordered 6 movie chairs from Theater Seat Store. 3 for the front row and 3 on risers for the back row. There was some drama on the white glove delivery and I ended up calling customer service and I received the BEST customer service I have ever received from any company ever. The follow through, the help, and care was second to none. Sarah, if you ever relocate to California and need a job... call me. Back to these chairs, they are AMAZING. The leather is amazing quality, soft and durable at the same time. The motor and LED lights work perfectly. They are so comfortable that we all fall asleep in them. The popcorn maker and cart are super cute! And I receive so many compliments on the movie reel coffee table. Thank you again and again!

Delivery time sucks. Their email says they will delivery within 4 weeks. Past 4 weeks, company says they sent details to shipper and shipper is waiting to pick up. No information or no expediation or not mc

Took a while to get here but they came and are great!

I bought 2 Octane chairs for our home theater and in a little over a year, the headrest broke on one of the chairs. It popped out of its track and sticks straight into your head. Can't recline, can't sit in it. According to the warranty, I have to pay to ship the chair to get it repaired at 80% repair cost. The chair isn't worth paying to ship it back for repair. Don't buy these chairs and don't by from Theater Seat Store
