I would lightly recommend TheaterSeatStore.com! Have ordered from them twice and both times have been an outstanding experience. First order even had an issue with one of the chairs that I purchased. They worked with me the entire time to make sure that it was fully resolved. Second order seemed to have been lost by the delivery company but once notified, I got it within 3 days. Extremely friendly staff and they offer great prices and products. Would highly recommend them!

We bought two theater seats from them and a sundry of accessories for the chairs as well as the warranty (not worth the paper it’s written on). 3.5 years later one seat needs repair or replacement. They’ve offered no support of us as customers during my most recent calls. 5 months ago I ordered a chaise that has never been shipped. I had to go through my bank card to dispute the charges. When I called last I asked the customer service lady to have the manager call me. That was 2 months ago. I’ve never heard from them again. If they treat their good customers this way, I can imagine that treat all customers like that. Pick a company that has personnel that are willing to do their jobs and follow through. TheaterSeat Store isn’t the one at this time that has the ability nor staff to follow through. I’d remove a STAR ⭐️ if I could. Just saying.

I ordered 5 theater seats and unfortunately one was damaged by the shipping company. Completely not the fault of the Theater Seat Store, and the Theater Seat Store quickly began resolving the issue. Since my seats were covered with microfiber, they were considered custom order which required a longer time to ship a new seat. I received the replacement seat faster than I expected to be honest and the service was fantastic. Literally one of the easiest processes I had to go thru and all thanks to the Theater Sear Store’s customer service (shout out to Devan who handled my claim)!

Chelsea Ortiz was wonderful. She handled all of my needs. She made my experience so good with her expertise I'm calling friends and family to order their stadium seats from the Theater store.

We love our new theater seats! They are extremely comfortably and look identical to the photos from the web. I had a few small issues, but the customer care team was excellent and very helpful.

To be honest the process started off a bit rocky. Due to COVID-19 the delivery of our chairs was delayed. While this was not within the control of the Theater Seat Store they went above and beyond to find a solution. The service is 5 star! Every person I talked to was incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't say enough nice things about my experience. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

This company's prices beat the giant furniture store I was standing in when I called them. The guy was so helpful and the price so much better I bought the chairs from the website while still in the parking lot of the brick and mortar furniture store. Everything was very easy and straight forward. The reason for the 4 star rating was the shipping. You pledge thousands of dollars for furniture then you dont hear a word for 2 months. If I hadn't called I never would have known who the shipping company was. The shipping company thought I was a business the entire time. That caused confusion when the driver thought he was just gonna drop pallets on a showroom floor. Thankfully he was a fantastically nice and professional man who helped unpack the chairs. They were beautiful and undamaged luckily but the Theater Seat Store told me I would Inspent the chairs with the guy who unloaded them and if they were damaged he would take them away. Again, thankfully, that wasn't necessary but a potential issue. I would definitely buy from TSS again. A little more clarity and transparency in the process would get you that 5th star.
