Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

I would give five stars but for one of the chairs the power recline was not working. Seats are great to sit and awesome to look at too. Power Lumber Support and Power Headrest recline are terrific features. Very spacious. Customer Service, particularly Shara was awesome to send the replacement for faulty chair in no time. From order placement to shipping to delivery and setup was absolutely awesome. Arrived faster than expected. White glove delivery was pretty cool. Come to think of it, it is so easy to setup - could have saved a little with no white-glove delivery as long as they can drop it off inside the house. One thing that is little annoying is the brightness of the led lights. I always keep it off. They need to have runnable led and led strip should face the floor and not up. That would make it better. I will look at may be changing this myself. Awesome buy. Very well made

The experience was superb from start to finish.

This entire experience was very good. From the guy who helped me design the theatre seating to the in-home delivery, it was all so smooth and easy. I'm a big fan of this company.

From start to finish, the service was amazing! Everyone there made it easy to order and kept us updated every step of the way, even after the delivery was made. Make-A-Wish NJ is very grateful to the Theater Store for helping make Nesim's wish come true! According to his dad, "Nesim is in movie theater heaven. He loves them!"

Not only where the chairs very nice but the after sale service and support has been fantastic! I had issues with the trays I ordered and they quickly took care of it and shipped me news ones without any hassle! This happened twice and both times, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend them! A very satisfied customer, Paul.

My custom Octane theatre chairs are perfection! Although the white give delivery was not able to be performed due to Covid 19, Chelsea Ortiz went out of her way to accommodate delivery and setup via another option. She called me everyday to keep me updated on the process. Bravo Chelsea!!

Wonderful product. Enjoying every day. very comfortable, well built, solid. Will buy from this company again!

As a designer, it's important that I can rely on my vendors. Without a doubt, this company has been one of the most professional suppliers I've ever had. The entire process was organized, reliable, and provided excellent service right up through the delivery and installation. Highly recommend
