TheaterSeatStore is just a middle man for Theater Seats made in China. I purchased the Octane LHR seating. I ordered 5 seats (almost $6K) from them on January 2. It took til May 1 (16 weeks), even though they indicated it would be 10-12 weeks. In mid April, the seats still had not shipped and I asked to cancel the order in its entirety. Miraculously, the seats were on their way from the carrier in California. The seats themselves are great but TheaterSeatStore is not. They are johnny on the spot to get your order, but once they have it, they are very poor in their communication after that. Buyer beware, they charge your credit card at least 1/2 of the total amount immediately even if it takes months to deliver the seats. I also had a separate order where I ordered two accessories and they charged me for both of them but only one of them ever showed up. The second item was supposedly sent but the tracking number they provided indicates it never shipped. The quality of the seats are fantastic. It's too bad the management of this company is so poor, otherwise it would be a great company to order from since the product is very good.

There is always a moment of concern whenever you are ordering furniture online. My experience actually could not have been BETTER From Rob, my customer service agent helping me select the best quality, color and configuration, to Sarah walking me through the delivery process locating the items and confirming the delivery date I could not have been happier. Now as for the furniture itself. It looks amazing. The color was perfect, very high quality materials and very comfortable. After researching tons of options the Turbo XL-700 by Octane was the best value for the money, no question. Rob didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive option but listened to what would best fit our wants and needs within our budget. Thank you Rob and Sarah for a great experience during a very uniquely stressful buying time amidst the Covid crisis. David

Excellent product. My customer service representative Devan Pander was phenomenal throughout this process. Unfortunately, the shipment took four months to process was still unsuccessful because the warehouse lost one of the chairs that I ordered. I only received four of the five chairs that I ordered. On the contrary, Devan Pander, her supervisor, and the finance team went above and beyond to do there best to compensate me as much as they could during these struggles. I am forever grateful.

First let me say I am very pleased with the seating. I am so glad I got the power head rest and lumbar, I can't imagine viewing a movie without them. I have a sectional piece in my family room and I find myself holding my head up off the chair while the recliner is extended out. Over time I develop a headache, but not with these theater seat. The delivery service was extremely respectful, professional and looked out for our walls while carry them into the house. He handled the chairs as if they were going into his own house. His positioned them exactly the way I wanted them, while explaining to me when moving them always push or pull at the bottom base. Once done with set up he wipe each of them off. I will be ordering a couple of the trays. Thank you for outstanding product.

This is our second purchase from TheaterSeat Store — and it was another excellent experience, from start to finish. The customer service has been amazing from the beginning. I reached out to Sarah multiple times with questions, and she went wayyyyy above and beyond what was necessary. When we received our furniture, we were amazed at the quality and comfort! The white glove delivery was great, and we really look forward to using this set for many years to come. Thank you, all!! We will definitely refer with 5+ stars!!

Received my chairs a week ago and already know I will love them! I had great customer service and very promptly got all my questions answered along the way.

My family and I love our theater seats. Easy to move and setup. The Theater Seat Store solved very issue the came up I am very pleased.

Great customer service. Sarah worked ceaselessly to get my order completed due to an item being left out. All is now complete and I'm writing this review while sitting in my chair and using the table accessory for my iPad! It's GREAT.
