First off, you can get a better price by calling into the store directly. Not that they don't have good prices on their website, but a sales guy can help recommend a less expensive configuration. Tom and Sarah were very helpful with the initial purchase and with scheduling delivery around finishing my basement. I ordered 10 chairs and paid for the white glove service and I'm glad I did. I wouldn't have been able to move all the chairs into the basement as quickly as they did. And I wouldn't have had a place to easily dispose of the big boxes they had. I got one chair setup in a "love seat" configuration to save a little space and I wish I would have gotten it on the right end instead of the middle so the adjustment buttons weren't under the cushion. Also, I wish they would have suggested a leather conditioner product to alleviate the "leather rubbing noise" (it sounds like a fart) and protect the leather against skin oils and soda spills.

We had some problems with the quality of our Octane theater seats and Theater Seat Store totally bent over backwards to help make it right. Even when Octane seating denied that the problem was with the quality of their materials, Theater Seat Store offered to make it right ar their expense. We were soooo impressed! In addition, our customer service rep, Devan Pander, went way beyond our expectations in order to make things right. She is incredible!

Fantastic experience! As requested, I recieved my seats before Superbowl Sunday. This was much in part due to Devan Pendar who went out of her way to make sure the seats arrived plenty of time before Game Day! Who does that?! Devan Does! Thank You!

I can only say that I am both thrilled and excited to have worked with them. Candidly the professionalism was nothing short of magic, and when there was a problem with shipping, which was a problem not as a result of them, They were all too quick to jump in and solve. Don’t go anywhere else, these folks are fantastic!

Ian and Sarah were great to work with. We were fortunately enough to live near a showroom, so we were able to work with Ian directly during the sales process. He listened to our needs and desires, and picked a solution that also fit our budget! Sarah helped me work through an installation question. She was very responsive and came back with the information I needed. The delivery came earlier than expected, in time for the Super Bowl and a houseful or out-of-country guests!

The furniture arrived as indicated. I thought the theater seating was attached as indicated by the salesman however it was not. Been a month and still waiting for the swivel tables (1 arrived, 2 to go). Overall the delivery was great and the guys were courteous and thorough and the seating is very comfortable

Got it! So happy with it. My husband loves it. Exactly what I wanted. Now my husband and I can site together and he also has somewhere to put his drink. Love that it is portable. I can move it to other furniture or remove it to stretch out. Great for when company is over as another cup holder or arm rest. Give yourself plenty of time for delivery, although I did order it over the holidays. But they said these are in great demand and I didn’t receive it when I expected.
