We had a bad experience with them as we are older we ordered there so called white glove service where they deliver & put together the furniture so the day of the delivery we find out all they are gonna do is drop off boxes of furniture & leave they would be there between 12-4 so they dont show up no call no nothing they finally show up up 7:30 dropped off boxes & left what terrible customer service not even so much as a apology we are 60 yrs old it was very difficult for us to unpack & assemble heavy furniture I will never buy from them again & neither should you

The installers did a fantastic job; the truck used much less so. Thee installers removed their shoes so as not to track outside dirt into our home. The installers wore masks due to covid and placed the theater seats where I needed them. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. Their rating was 5 stars. The truck was, surprisingly, a rental. It dropped about a dozen clumps of snowy black clumps of grease on my new concrete driveway and the installers left probably not knowing the mess they caused. I tried scooping all the clumps of oil up with a snow shovel before it melted but it was still a mess. I applied kitty litter to soak up the oil on my driveway but still looks like s_it. I'd give this part of the delivery negative 5 stars if I could. Because my driveway is ruined, I gave the overall rating 1 star.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. We have been waiting for our order for 16 weeks now and were promised 8-10. The customer service manager, Shara, is rude and unapologetic. I have emailed the owner and have yet to receive a response. Think twice....

There was a problem with delivery of our theater seats. Thankfully the issue was assigned to Sarah who quickly identified the problem and took quick action to fixed it. Her professionalism, knowledge and customer service were exceptional and appreciated.

Sales person was extremely helpful on the online chat. It was a REAL representative who knew the product. Stuff happens (the COVID syndrome), my shipment was delayed by a couple of weeks. Chelsea was terrific in responding to my shipment query and kept me informed. 5 stars because I loved working with them. I'm guessing they will look into different carriers as the tracking was lacking on the site. All it said was "in transit" for the two weeks after it was due. Overall ... would use this company again.

Pretty satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was simple and love the product so far. One item was backordered but they gave me a free accessory for the hassle. We now have a certified movie room!
