Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

Awesome experience - from my first call with Ian through the white glove delivery service. Brittany, their Customer service person was an absolute pleasure and made everything simple. I would highly recommend the Theater Seat Store.

Wonderful people to work with. Zero drama ! The delivery folks were very accommodating. The seats were awesome and matched the description in the website. I had a minor issue and the tech was there to help. I would work with them again.

I can not recommend this company to anyone. They promised great and delivered very poorly. First, they failed on the expecation of a 10 - 12 week delivery timeframe. It took nearly 14 weeks to receive our furniture. Second, the white glove delivery that surprisingly turned out to be curb-side delivery. Last, the company refused any kind of refund for the change in delivery type. Said the delivery fee was included with the Palliser unit we purchased and no amount could be refunded.

Amazing service with Rob Slayden and Sarah Vollmer! Can’t say enough about the service and quality of the theater seats... Highly recommend Shawn Deckert

Cant say enough amazing things about this place. I was searching for a very specific item and the customer service online (chat) was great and very responsive. Found what I was looking for. The communication for ship was great. Items arrived and I was more than pleased with quality. Thank you for making this a very enjoyable experience buying online. I appreciate you and highly recommend!

Like most it is very nerve racking making a major purchase online for furniture that you only see pics and can’t sit in. The folks at Theater Seat Store made the whole process a very smooth and painless process. The salesman Nick, was very good and professional, but the shinning star was Chelsea. She handled all our questions second thoughts. She couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous. Seating arrived in boxes that looked like they had been pulled behind truck instead of inside. Chelsea talked down off the ledge and told us to take pics and if there was any damage to let her know and they would take care of any issues. We were pleasantly surprised to find no damage. The chairs were well wrapped and protected. The seating went together very easily and we were watching a movie the same they delivered.

I had a great pleasure speaking with Brittany Buxton one of the customer service specialist. There were some misunderstanding between the delivery personnel and delivery company Brittany was able to resolve my issue with friendly service and apologized for the inconvenience. After receiving excellent service from Brittany I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Better Than Expected! I was replacing an old theater seating setup- and was a bit tentative about buying it online. Received swatches quickly, the service by phone was outstanding- friendly, available and prompt. Special order, so took longer than expected to manufacture (like everything these days- due to covid). It was well worth the wait-we are absolutely thrilled with the product! Quality, performance, materials and accessories are awesome. We are now looking at buying another setup for a different room! I am one of the pickiest consumers ever-- very hard to please, so I am surprised by anyone who did not give a good rating. I HIGHLY recommend Theater Seat Store! 100% Satisfied!
