Great experience from purchasing and shipping. Even though I had to push back delivery several times order made it to me when I needed it!

Great Customer Service. We had an issue with our tray tables and Customer Service shipped us replacement tray tables in a timely manner.

I purchased the Octane seating with heat and massage chairs - row of 2 on April 10. I Finally got them set up in my room of choice on 9/14. While it was a 5 month wait and there were a lot of headaches involved along the way with the most headaches at the end, the wait was worth it. With Covid, TSS did the best that they could to get my custom seats to me. At the end the logistics company dropped the ball and was not able to deliver my seats in my home and up my stairs due to a Covid outbreak. TSS refunded my white glove delivery money and threw in a couple accessories. While I had to pay a couple strong movers to move the bases of the seats up the stairs, they did what they could to make it right.

NEVER BUY FURNITURE ONLINE. This has been our mantra for years. Until we tried Theater Seat Store! Everything about our experience was positive from shopping, ordering, receiving and now enjoying our new theatre seats. It's real furniture, real people and a real way to bring your family together as it has done for ours.

We received absolutely superlative service from the Theater Seat Store. Sarah Vollmer was assigned to our account and made certain that our results were spectacular. We ordered the Flex HR Series by Octane Seating in red leather, 4 seats in the front row and 4 seats on built in risers for the second row. They complement the Art Deco theme of our theater, operate perfectly, are super comfortable and have been a huge hit with everyone who has seen and experienced them. We are extremely pleased and are happy to recommend the Theater Seat Store to anyone wanting a fabulous product and equally fabulous service.

The Palliser theater seating we purchased is luxurious and well worth the price!

We added an aluminum swivel tray in June 2021 and it is working very well for us. Delivery was very quick. Very sturdy tray table.. The tray looks great and the black edging goes well with the black Grand HR chair we purchased in August 2020. Staying home with Covid restrictions could not be any better with my Octane chair.
