I'm only giving three stars because the chairs that we ordered we're not exactly what we had hoped for. But if I was rating customer service it would be five stars. I have ordered from this company five times in the last few years and unfortunately have not had the best of luck with what was delivered. Twice our furniture has been destroyed by the shipping company. However, the ease of working with the company and their ability to try their hardest to make it right has kept us coming back.

I am so very pleased with both the product and the customer service of Theater Seat Store. I have already recommended them to everyone who sits on my new seats!!

Great company to do business with. Nice quality leather seats. Enjoying our new theater room! Shipping was slower with my first order but super fast with my second order all completed on or before expected delivery times. Both Shipping companies communicated well.

I purchased 4 seats at Thanksgiving sales in 2020. Delivery of 4 to 6 weeks was quoted. Reality was that the seats could not be ready until May 2021. This May delivery was not certain. I go to Alaska for June, July and August and am therefore not able to take delivery in Texas until September 2021. The chairs are fine - no problem with the product just the timing.

Great products. Soft leather, smooth mechanical parts. Took a long time to get the chairs, but well worth the wait. The "White Glove" delivery was worth the extra expense. They setup ( and it was upstairs) and removed all the packing material.

I bought a 4 seat Octane Diesel 950 set through the Theater Seat Store. I had a great overall experience. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful with no pressure. After shipment Emeline was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company

Order arrived on time. Delivery men were very curteoous and helpful. Highly recommend the White Glove delivery. Well worth the small cost. Quality was better than I expected and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered two sets of 4 in row recliners that are all power and include heat and massage. Rob Slayden was great in sales and answered all my questions and perfectly completed my order for the chairs and some accessories. Emeline Bishop provided me tracking information and kept me up to date on shipping. The recliners are fantastic, real leather and very comfortable. The power features are great and each chair has USB ports to power/charge phones, etc. Almost 10 years ago I ordered manual basic recliners also from Theater Seat Store and they lasted us well for over 9 years. This purchase was an upgrade for us and we love it. Thank you everyone at Theater Seat Store for your great service 9 years ago and again now. Keep up the great customer service.
