Great customer service. The linen quilt is luxurious! I’ve ordered a linen bottom sheet from the Sale section. I can’t wait!

Ordered a King bedframe Feb8th. Supposed to take 6-8weeks. It’s now been 3 months and the answer is all shipments have been halted by their “arrtisans” for logistics&”documenatation” issues. Supposedly the beds are made in North Carolina. I keep getting a rediculous polite answer of no help. Will cancel my order. Guess they dont mind losing a $3,000.00 sale
Response from The CitizenryMay 8, 2026
Hi Rhetta, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the delay with your bedframe and understand how frustrating it is to wait beyond the original timeline without the clear answers you were hoping for. We also know that polite updates don’t replace a firm delivery date, especially for such a significant purchase. We’d be sorry to see you cancel, but we understand that the extended wait may no longer work for you. If you’d like to discuss cancellation or next steps, our Customer Experience team can help review your order and assist further. Your feedback around timing, communication, and order visibility has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve, and if there's anything more you'd like to share, we'd love to hear it. Feel free to reach out directly to [email protected]!

You should receive an email with tracking details shortly, if you haven’t already! If you’re still not seeing that update, please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to help.

I ordered a piece of furniture in November to be delivered in late Feb/early March. After checking in in late April, I was notified there wasn’t an update on delivery time yet. A few days later I was notified that the order was never going to be filled so I opted for a refund. I was given $100 off a purchase of $300 or more, which felt bad after hanging spent a lot of money on other products from the same company. After that, on the website I see the piece of furniture I ordered still for sale with a later delivery date, at a higher price. I can’t help but wonder if I lost out as a customer because the price of the furniture increased.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the disappointment this situation has caused, especially after waiting months for an order that ultimately could not be fulfilled. It looks like the item you ordered is no longer being manufactured due to a change in production, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to see it still appearing on the site afterward. Your feedback has been shared internally to help us improve how product availability and discontinued items are communicated, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While we weren’t able to fulfill this order, we’re still grateful you considered us for your home. We’d love the opportunity to provide a better experience and earn back your trust if you choose to shop with us again in the future!

Embarrassingly poor business practices. There seems to be a pattern of inaccurate inventory, delayed orders, poor communication, and generic customer service responses... for YEARS. At this rate running a business like this is either intentional or just extremely poor operations. Either way, customers are misled, inconvenienced, and left waiting with no accountability. I would not order from this company again. Don't be like me, research their reviews before purchasing!

Thanks for sharing this, Bea. We’re so sorry to hear how difficult and frustrating this situation was for you. That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve, and feedback like this helps guide that work. If you ever want to share more details about your experience, feel free to reach out directly to [email protected]. We'd love the chance to learn more.

I ordered a bed frame early December. Paid in full . Was told it would arrive in February. I reached out in February and was told it would arrive early April. I reached out early April and was told they had no update. I was without a bed and my money for over 4 months. I cancelled the order and was promptly refunded. Disappointed that I could have purchased a bed four months had I known I would never receive the product.
Response from The CitizenryApr 13, 2026
Hi Cindy, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused, and agree that waiting more than four months for a bed while being left without clear answers is understandably disappointing. While we’re glad to hear that your refund was processed quickly, we understand that doesn’t make up for the time you lost or the inconvenience of being without such an essential item, and your feedback has been shared with our team as we work to improve communication and delivery transparency. If there's anything more you'd like to share, we'd love to hear it. Feel free to reach out directly to [email protected]!
