While price point is high (I need to shop the sales), the linen bedspread and duvet cover are very soft. My only complaint is that the queen size doesn’t quite cover a 2 mattress bed. Had to get a king size to have enough drape on the sides so my box spring didn’t show. Length is still short. Not everyone uses one mattress!.

When buying organic/fair trade, there is an expectation of sustainability for the entire experience. Unfortunately, this came wrapped in a plastic bag. If you have a king sized bed, the lines have to run up/down, not across the bed, like in the image. Otherwise, it us a lovely, warm quilt, true to color.

So I will try to adjust both Customer Service was fine just simply ordered by email and sheets arrived although they took a little bit of time to get here. Quality of the AVON nightstand is exceptional. the ordering process is less so. Initially I was informed there was no way to be on a waitlist for this second night stand, then I was told I could order this and it would be delivered in mid May, finally I was advised of a delay from the manufacturer (these things happen) and the AVON stand was delivered on Friday the 13th of June. Great product but the communication between your customer service organization and the supplier could use some improvement.
