Great platform for sending letters/postcards
Great platform for sending letters, postcards, etc. Easy to use/navigate and the ship out orders really fast. The people are helpful and nice as well!

I feel like I have been scammed
I feel like I have been scammed. I gave them a go with a Just Sold postcard. I never received a copy or proof. No idea if the cards actually went out. I did not like the fact that my card information was already stored in the settings, I did not fill out that information. I also could not remove the information. It is supposed to be a free account but they ticked the $100 roll over charge...what is that all about. I reduced it to $10 but again, that should not be there either. Do not feel good about this company.

To clarify: a copy of your Just Sold postcard was sent, and our support team confirmed that you’ve since received it, glad to hear that part was resolved. Regarding billing, we’ve reviewed your account thoroughly and only see the charge for your original order. No additional or unauthorized charges have been made, and we’re happy to provide that breakdown in writing if helpful. As for the rollover amount setting, we agree it can be confusing, especially for new users. We don’t show that you’ve ever been charged a recharge amount on this account. We want every customer to feel confident and cared for. If there's anything else we can do to set things right or answer lingering questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly, we're happy to help.
