Still comparing value on some things…
Still comparing value on some things but magnet postcards are terrible quality and not worth spreading the money on. Also some cards I’ve orders were not sent out in the right size.

Thank you Bethany for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it. Magnet postcards (Magnacards) are designed a little differently than traditional magnets. Because they’re created to mail without an envelope, they have to meet USPS thickness and weight requirements. That does mean they won’t have the same heft or durability as a standalone magnet you’d purchase separately. They’re meant to be a lightweight, budget-friendly option that still keeps your brand front and center once they land on the fridge. That said, they’re not the perfect fit for every business or campaign, and we completely understand wanting to weigh the value carefully. Regarding the sizing issue you mentioned, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. If you’re willing to send us a bit more detail about which cards arrived incorrectly, our support team would love to look into it and make it right, if there is an issue. I love the ability to send small…
I love the ability to send small batches, with each card having a unique QR code and content customized with custom variables. The service would be five stars if an order could be saved before it is completed, so it can be worked on later. This is especially important since trying to back a step in the wizard sometimes kicks me out of the process, so I've had to start over from scratch on some orders. Also, it would be very helpful if a list could be scrubbed before placing the order, so bad addresses could be fixed first. Otherwise, I wind up having to pull up each order to see what addresses are bad, then search the original mailing list to find each address and fix the list for future mailings. Then I need to produce a new mailing list containing the fixed addresses, and then a new order for the fixed mailing address list. This convoluted and time-intensive process has to be repeated for every order.

Thank you Dmitri for leaving your feedback. The orders can be saved before sending just not when you are in the send "now" wizard. You just save the image template and message template before hand in the template section then they are easy to pick up in the send now section when you are ready. I will however recommend that enhancement for the future with our dev team. I understand the frustration on the mailing list but our system is connected to the USPS Cass system and it's not something we can connect to just to scrub the mailing list. It only scrubs at the time of sends when it's connected to the printer and USPS. My apologies there. If we are ever given a way to scrub before hand we'll definitely look at doing it! We are always trying to make things easier.

Great system and I appreciate the scan…
Great system and I appreciate the scan notification feature. I do wish there were more design options and that viewing the options in a larger format was easier. Having said that, it's a great system.

Thanks IO actually works with Falcon. You have the edge over Mailbox Power which does not work with Falcon.

Wonderful service!
Wonderful service! This platform allows me to touch base with my clients. Too many times I used to forget to follow-up with a personal touch. I do a lot of calls to leads. Always my mailers get me more callbacks.
