We are sorry that this was your experience. To clarify, the order was canceled and a refund was issued to your Thanks.io account in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. After a charge dispute was filed through your credit card company, your account was suspended pending the outcome of the dispute, which is standard procedure during an active chargeback. At no time did we threaten you. We contacted you to explain that once a chargeback is initiated, we are unable to process a separate refund to the original payment method while the dispute is active. We also explained that if the dispute was withdrawn by you and the credit card company, we could process the refund directly. Your service was canceled at your request, and we continue to cooperate fully with the dispute process. We wish you the best moving forward.

Hello Alvaro, I’m really sorry to hear you felt let down in your request. We truly aim to be as helpful as possible. I did respond to your support request offering help as well as a link to schedule live help but it looks like we didn’t hear back from you after that. If you're still needing help with your monthly cards, I’d love to jump back in and get you taken care of. We’re sorry to hear the results didn’t meet your expectations. Direct mail can take a few rounds to gain traction, especially with services that aren’t needed immediately. As for returned pieces, USPS address issues do occur, and there is an expectation of a small percentage. I did look into your support history, and I can confirm that our tech team responded to your chat inquiry and provided assistance regarding the card in question. The card was printed and handed off to USPS as scheduled, but once mail enters the postal system, delivery is unfortunately beyond our direct control. We do everything we can to ensure smooth production and mailing, and while the vast majority of cards arrive as expected, occasional USPS delays or misdeliveries can occur.
