I love the ability to send small…
I love the ability to send small batches, with each card having a unique QR code and content customized with custom variables. The service would be five stars if an order could be saved before it is completed, so it can be worked on later. This is especially important since trying to back a step in the wizard sometimes kicks me out of the process, so I've had to start over from scratch on some orders. Also, it would be very helpful if a list could be scrubbed before placing the order, so bad addresses could be fixed first. Otherwise, I wind up having to pull up each order to see what addresses are bad, then search the original mailing list to find each address and fix the list for future mailings. Then I need to produce a new mailing list containing the fixed addresses, and then a new order for the fixed mailing address list. This convoluted and time-intensive process has to be repeated for every order.

Thank you Dmitri for leaving your feedback. The orders can be saved before sending just not when you are in the send "now" wizard. You just save the image template and message template before hand in the template section then they are easy to pick up in the send now section when you are ready. I will however recommend that enhancement for the future with our dev team. I understand the frustration on the mailing list but our system is connected to the USPS Cass system and it's not something we can connect to just to scrub the mailing list. It only scrubs at the time of sends when it's connected to the printer and USPS. My apologies there. If we are ever given a way to scrub before hand we'll definitely look at doing it! We are always trying to make things easier.

The set up wizard made it easy to get…
The set up wizard made it easy to get started. I wish it had a direct integration with my CRM but I like what I can track in their dashboard. it was easy to create my initial set of marketing postcards. Time will tell if this is a worthwhile investment.

I was wrongly charged.
I was charged for an older campaign that had been left active. However, their customer service team was quick to respond and send me a refund.

After reviewing your account, it appears the charge was tied to an automated birthday campaign that was previously set up to run on your behalf. These campaigns are designed to send cards automatically based on the settings in your account, and can be paused or canceled at any time by you. While our system was following the instructions set by your campaign, we’re more than happy to cancel it going forward and issue a full refund for the recent charge. In the future, if anything ever seems off or you need help with your account, our support team is always here and happy to assist. We appreciate your business and hope to have the chance to support your marketing efforts again in the future.

There is a bit of a learning curve
There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's pretty good after getting setup. It's definitely designed batches rather than one-off, or just a few.

One recommendation
Love it. The only recommendation I would have would be a quick and easy way to access all cards sent and to what addresses- instead of having to go through each card order.

Thank you for the feedback and review! This is actually a request we've had previously and our tech team is working on additional reporting options that will allow you to do this. We've recently added a way to search by mailing list. We hope to have additional reporting soon!
