I looked through our support tickets and didn’t see any requests from your account, so it’s possible something got lost in the shuffle. That said, we’re here and ready to assist however we can. Although we didn't build the integration with MedicarePro, they did, we can always reach out to them on your behalf. While we may not have pre-set designs tailored to your exact trade pre-loaded, we absolutely can help you create some! We also offer Canva integration so you can fully customize your own designs if you prefer to build them yourself. Feel free to reach out directly to support so we can make sure you have the tools and templates that truly serve your business.
