Integration with MedicarePRO is faulty…
Integration with MedicarePRO is faulty - can’t customize card design. Only given 1 design option which appears to be for homeowners insurance services, which is not applicable to me or my clients.

I looked through our support tickets and didn’t see any requests from your account, so it’s possible something got lost in the shuffle. That said, we’re here and ready to assist however we can. Although we didn't build the integration with MedicarePro, they did, we can always reach out to them on your behalf. While we may not have pre-set designs tailored to your exact trade pre-loaded, we absolutely can help you create some! We also offer Canva integration so you can fully customize your own designs if you prefer to build them yourself. Feel free to reach out directly to support so we can make sure you have the tools and templates that truly serve your business.

The return on investment was awful and…
The return on investment was awful and several were returned to our office as wrong address.

We’re sorry to hear the results didn’t meet your expectations. Direct mail can take a few rounds to gain traction, especially with services that aren’t needed immediately. As for returned pieces, USPS address issues do occur, and there is an expectation of a small percentage. I’m happy to review your returns with you and determine if it was outside the normal expectations. We're here to help strategize for stronger results moving forward.
