We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when backorder timelines shift, especially when you are counting on gear for a specific season or event. We apologize for the delay and the impact this has had on your plans. We want to ensure this is handled correctly for you, whether that means securing the item or assisting with a cancellation or alternative. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into a resolution.

I completely understand your frustration. It’s unacceptable for a package to sit without an update for this long, and I apologize for the delay. I’ve looked into your tracking and confirmed that it hasn't moved since leaving the Indianapolis facility on April 7th. We have already filed a formal claim with FedEx to investigate the delay on our end, but I don't want you to have to wait for their investigation to wrap up. To get you out on the course as soon as possible, we will issue a replacement with expedited shipping immediately. We value your business and want to make sure you're taken care of. I’ll follow up with a direct email with the details.
