Recently, I did some research on last years model staff-tour-cart golf bag(well known brand) that was rated very high by several websites. I went to a preferred internet dealer and found a good price. However due to its ratings I tried to get tgw to match this price. First of all, They told me this price was too low and they could not match this price. What does that mean for the customer?? An excellent customer service company always looks to please the customer and ALWAYS looks for a sale. I do understand if they could not match this price I am very disappointed that they did not care enough to give me other choices OR BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE The bottom line is this-- I FOUND another authorized internet dealer WHO CARED and they made the sale. TGW needs to work on pleasing the customer!!!

I've now ordered multiple items from TGW. They all came before the estimated delivery and they were all well packed and in perfect shape upon arrival. Great deals and prices on their website is what keeps me coming back.

I ordered a club and paid for overnight shipping. They sent it to the wrong address and via UPS ground. I had to buy the club from Amazon. I returned the late club to TGW and they assured me that I would get a full refund. But they lied, they took out the cost for return shipping. It was their screw-up, not mine.

I have purchased golf equipment and clothes etc. from TGW for the past 15 years and have never had a bad experience with them either on availability or service. I just bought a new golf bag that was part of an e-mail close-out type promotion. The bag was from a highly reputable manufacturer but was a bag from previous years' inventory but was still brand new. It was priced considerably less (about $100 less than current year prices) and free shipping. If a person is patient and smart, that person can save alot of money by shopping TGW!

Ordered two Dorfman bush hats in the SM/MD size and both were too small. I am 65+ years old and have never worn a size Large or bigger in my entire life so was surprised they didn't fit. Sent an email to customer service, waited one week and did not receive a response so called and received good service over the phone. Ordered the hats in a LG/XL size so hopefully they will fit.
