I often order from this site actually it's the first site I check for golf deals. They have frequent sales and always have a great selection of sizes, colors and options. Their easy custom club ordering from various manufacturers is very convenient. They ship fast and nothing has ever arrived damaged. I've found their return policy easy and fast.

GREAT SERVICE I recently purchased a men's golf vest size XXL during one of their deep discount sales from TGW. I'm 6'2" and 225 lbs. When it arrived on a Friday to my surprise it was too large. I contacted their customer service department the next week after the sale ended not expecting them to honor the sale price only to see if they would give me a refund. They not only offered to refund me or to exchange it to a smaller size but also gave me a Postage PAID return label and shipped out the new order to me 2 day Fed Ex again postage Paid at no charge. I failed to mention that I even exchange it for a different color. Wow now that's service!!

Always a website to go to when looking for golf products.

I would give them 0 stars if possible, I ordered several golf wind shirts and paid for expedited shipping 2 to 3 day delivery. After 5 days I contacted them and had not received the order, they said they would track the order and let me know. I contacted them again they said I would have to wait a week and they would let me know. I finally received an email asking if I received the order. They would not ship to my home they had to ship to a Fed X location since I didn't get the first shipment. I order the same merchandise from another retailer for less money and it arrived on time. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Poor customer service and not worth the hassle to deal with them.

The lined pattern on a PING shirt was not as expected. It’s the first time I've ever had to return anything to TGW in over 4 years, but it will be my last. $19.98+$2.70tax/$6.99ship=$29.67. To return it, I have to pay another $6.99. Makes no sense to spend $14 to get a credit of $20. I'm donating the shirt to The Salvation Army. I've deleted my TGW account and will stick to Nordstrom, Amazon & Costco where returns are free.
