Ordered a very nice putter. Received a completely different one of lesser value. They didn’t even tell me they weren’t sending me what I ordered. Customer service terrible. No apologies, just that my putter I ordered is out of stock. Don’t try to sell high quality putters and then ship something that’s not near as nice hoping no one will notice.

I like the site a lot. They always seem to have good deals on shoes. I also like that I can order ping clubs with the custom options that other online retailers don’t include.

Prices are generally below other golf stores such as Golf Galaxy, and definitely PGA! Bought Sketchers golf shoes for my Dad last year for a very reasonable price, and he loves them! Thank you TGW!
