TGWReviews of tgw.com

I just ordered 2 TaylorMade Milled Grind Black Wedges and TGW easily beat everyone's price online! Thanks, TGW!

Nice company

Good selection of items, good price for the bag I wanted. However, I placed it in my cart on the previous day but chose to wait and call during business hours for more information. Due to the current COV precautions, no one was in the office to assist. When I went back in to complete the purchase, the price had increased. I completed the purchase with PayPal just in case it goes up again tomorrow.

Great place to supply all my golf needs and dreams

TGW always has an excellent selection of high quality merchandise

Good deal price.

I purchased an Odyssey putter a few weeks ago and it did not arrive with the headcover, as indicated in the club description. It took an email and a live chat to get anyone to respond to my initial inquiry. Since that first inquiry, more than 2 weeks ago, I've had to reach out repeatedly for an update. I have yet to receive the headcover, a credit, an option to return the club, or even an indication when the headcover could arrive. They are, however, extremely quick to delete negative reviews. It's apparently the ONLY part where they excel.

I bought an expensive golf bag and they shipped it missing a key part. Have reached customer service twice with no resolution. The missing part is cheap but critical. They show it in stock, but refuse to send a replacement. Incredible. Very frustrating.
