These clowns delivered half of our shipment. We haven't heard or seen anything on the rest of the shipment for a few weeks now. Tried to call and was routed through India then some other foreign country call center and still no luck. USE DIFFERENT SERVICE TFORCE SUCKS!

I would give 0 if that was an option. The most HORRIBLE company in the shipping business. The WORST freight company in North America. I have shipped a shipment with TForce freight with an estimated transit time of 5 days, but my shipment arrived 79 days after the shipping date. Their initial pick-up was timely and then the game begins. They damaged our pallets and lost our product because they didn't care about their customers. Also, they don't have any customer service as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Quoted $299 for a shipment, paid via credit card. Now they are trying to collect an additional $685 that was undisclosed at the time the shipment was set up. No one answers the phone nor do they return email correspondence. WARNING!!!!! They are NOT reputable. Bait and switch company.

Important shipment of set pieces for a musical were due to be delivered April 5. It was not. Called them. They said "Sorry. Friday is a Holiday, you'll see it Monday." Nope. Called. "Sorry, I'll appoint this for Tuesday." Nope. Called. "Sorry, I'll appoint this for Wednesday, but I'm the night crew, call in the morning to make sure." I asked what time I could start calling. "Six." I started calling at 6am. No answer until 7am. Spoke to shipping. "I'll make sure it's on the truck." I followed up at noon. Guess what? Not on truck. I asked for someone in power. Spoke to "the manager." She promised I'd get it tomorrow and refused to give me the name of her regional manager. Will update to see if it arrives tomorrow and maybe they'll get 2 stars instead of 1.

They are horrible. I ordered from zulily and tforce returned all my items back to zulily. Now Zulily won't reship to me. This is not first problem I have had with Tforce concerning Zulily I dont know what is going on with their drivers that they are not delivering packages. I would give zero stars if I could. Also I won't be a loyal customer of zulily any longer if they continue to use this carrier.

By far the worst customers service on the planet. nearly impossible to speak to anyone that actually works at Tforce freight. always put through to a call center that looks at a screen to tell you were your shipment is, unfortunately they have no clue where the shipment actually is. After calling their call center over a 5 day period I had received multiple different answers to where my shipment is, still nothing tangible. I have now escalated my request with an expected call back, call back never happened. Then the following day I spoke to a supervisor within the call center not an actual Tforce employee from my understanding, she was at least trying to help me out over the phone although I believe the information that she has is only what her computer tells her so I am still skeptical. I am told that I will have to wait until Monday for a call back to schedule delivery of my shipment. it is Wednesday, where my shipment is coming from usually takes 3 days from the time of pick-up. It has now been 15 days as of today, Monday will make it 20 Days. Honestly this is the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with, customer service is not within their scope. they do not care at all especially when the actual employees of Tforce are completely unplugged from ever receiving customer service calls as it is all pushed through a call center that has people on the line that do not give a F*** about you or your shipment. Managers don't answer when requested, calling the terminal doesn't help because they don't seem to answer either.

My shipment has been sitting in Pittsburgh for nearly 3 weeks. They say they are out for delivery but it never shows. For what I paid I should get white glove delivery. Poorest of all freight haulers. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Since UPS became T-Force they have become one of the worst carriers in the nation! DO NOT USE Scheduled a pick up on Tuesday morning and it was not picked up, this can happen and is understandable. Called Wednesday morning and was told we were the drivers 2nd pick up, called again at 2:45pm and was told the drivers ETA was 3-3:30pm, called again at 3:30pm and was told the driver was 10 miles away and we were the next stop. 50 minutes pass, call again and was told we were rescheduled. TLDR: Didn't pick up the day scheduled. Instead of being a priority the next day, was lied to by 3 CSR's and then rescheduled.
