Ordered a siding brake 200+ lbs. Was shipped by TForce. Tracking said it was near me in Mpls. on 5/13/2023. Delivery date of 5/16/2023. Did not arrive on the 16th. Called TForce said I would pick it up myself. Was told it was not in Mpls., they lost it.

Worst delivery service ever. Missed two appointments and set our job back. Couldn’t manage to deliver from terminal 15 minutes away given a week to do it. Material sat in their warehouse a week . Cost us 1/2 day rate for four man crew and a week delay on finishing construction. Do NOT let your supplier ship with these clowns

Worst service I have ever received. I am a veteran and have a limited life expectancy, I ordered a part for a trip I have planned and of course they call on the final day I am expecting it and only after I called the company I bought the part from. Of course they lied to my face saying they reached out to the company for my number. I had to pick up the package I payed shipping for. They said they attempted 2 different deliveries but of course left no notification that they came to the house. UPS, Canada Post, FEDX and even Loomis leaves a note on the door to contact them for a time they can come. Leanne’s comment was “where not Amazon”. When I came to pick up my package I was trying to say a note on the door would be nice and then she was telling me that’s not their problem lol. Isn’t customer service part of your business? At least that’s what it says on their web site. As I was leavening the employee told me to get out and put her hand on me trying to shut the door before I could even get out the door. Very unprofessional

Actually, Zero stars is what they are worth. Over 9 days late, 4 rescheduled deliveries....actually rescheduled because they never showed up 4 times. No call, no show, no service. We were told several times that it would be delivered, it wasn't. Ultimately, we had to hire an emergency driver to go pick our materials up from this crappy shipping company. If you are thinking of using T Force, don't. They are the worst.

They lost my shipment twice and if I didn't hold their hand through the entire process and call them every da, I'm 100% certain that the shipment never would have arrived. A 6 day delivery took almost 1 mont and if had taken any longer, a multi-year scientific project would have gone down the drain. I was close to flying to the random transit point my shipment was stuck at, renting a u-haul, and delivering it myself. NEVER use this company.

They failed to show 3 times for a pickup. I was told multiple times on the last day they would be there, never did arrive. I had to deliver to their terminal. They invoiced and I paid. The check cleared the bank but I keep getting invoicesand late notices. I have sent the statement and returned check. Just as bad as UPS.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would because they do not deserve any stars. They are so disrespectful for their customers’ time. We were told we would received a call two days before delivery to inform us or our delivery window. We did not receive a call. When we called, we were told to call the next morning to get a delivery time. When we called, we were told our window was 11am-5pm. WHAT??!!! We were also told to call at 10am the day of delivery to get a narrower window. When I called at 10am, I was given the run around and was finally told the deliver would be within the next 2hrs and 40min and that we were stop #10 and the driver just left stop #4. I waited a full hour after that time to call back and was given the run around again. I asked two separate people to speak to managers and was told either “there is no management on site today” or “the manager has left the building and will call you back.” I know no one is going to call me back and unfortunately my only recourse is to leave a negative review. We have received other large deliveries for our home renovation from FedEX and A Duie Pyle and have been able to either track the truck myself or the driver has called and said he would be arriving in 1.5hrs. It’s insane to me that this company has such poor customer service and so little respect for people’s time. I understand that exact times can’t be given but a window of less that 6hrs absolutely be given. If these other companies can do it so effortlessly, why can’t T Force Freight? Seems their new owner up in Canada has a lot of work to do. I will say in their defense, their driver, who has worked at this company for close to 40yrs and been through many different owners, the latest being UPS, was very nice. So outside of their Customer Service Dept (and I use that term VERY loosely), my driver was very nice.

If i coukd leave a zero or a neg -10 i would, 1st they scheduke a delivery without checking with me if id be home, but they didnt make it anyway, the second one they didnt make either and id sheduled our dau around for them to deliver but they didnt do it or even notify me that they wasn't going to deliver. I called dispatch was on hold for 20 min for them to tell me they wasn't going to deliver, dahhh dude no kidding that why im calling. Then he started in on the apology, soooo not buying it, it was VERY obvious he was reading off a script that he has to read to people all day long. Then he conveniently swithes me the phone directory that just hangs up on me. FLAKEY compony for sure, Aftet see reviews and tyer 1.2 rating hiw can this place be in business. I will never use and recommend ALL other not to use either
