Their website doesn't work. Their staff can't fix it. Even if they could fix it, it is in chunks. BOL is separate & the fonts print 5.97 gray and pink! The Obamacare fiasco site was Canadian too! No flow. Quotes are separate from pickups. So you need to do 3 times the work for a shipment. Once you get an account, they are still 20% higher than the top 4 competitors on a retail site like Freightquote. Maybe more interline than UPS Freight judging by my unpleasant experience. Return shipping is even worse, because you don't know if they have liftgate or if they are even pickup 5 days a week. The TFII stock dropped 6% since this morning, and they deserve it.

How are they still in business I just don't know. Worse company and will a very low reviews you will think they will try to improve but that is not the case with those guys. Every review seems to have the same problem n yet nothing is been done to improve.

I've had multiple packages from different companies delivered unsuccessfully to me using Tforce. The warning message is always that the package is "unsafe to release". I have never had any issues with receiving packages from any other shipping company except for this one. I don't understand why so many retailers are partnering with them to deliver packages when they're just going to be lost in the mail. If you see that your package is being delivered by TForce, you might as well cut your losses or repurchase the items you want and pick it up in store.

They never delivered my package to the right place, missing packages, poor tracking system and horrible customer services. Save your money, there are tons of great couriers you can lean on

They're horrible. They arrived wanting a check for shipping, without ever notifying that one was needed. The website is useless, so I couldn't pay online. The first call to provide a credit card number resulted in being told to call back in an hour. When I called back, I gave the card number, got a confirmation email, and then an email the next day form someone else there that payment was required. It took another email and phone call to get it resolved.....hopefully.

I also would give 0 stars if I could. I don't know why companies use them for deliveries. One of my packages was left at some random door and they sent me a delivery confirmation. First of all, the shipping address is a UPS store mailbox address so if you see that the business is closed, should you not come back the next business day and deliver ON TIME???!!! Common sense and just down right what you are suppose to do as this is your job. But they left it at some random door, sends me a picture of the package sitting outside a business for anyone to take. I compared the UPS store delivery door and it looks nothing like where they left it. I sent my picture to them and of course no reply! Guess they are the cheap end for deliveries so that's why companies use them? But probably companies lose more money when they have to refund the customers for mis-delivered packages. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Shipment picked up in Harlingen TX on 03/29/2023 still not arrived in Bristol Rhode Island 4/24/2023 (26 days). I would not do business with this Co.

First they destroyed my original order after taking 2 weeks to get it close to me. So after having to reorder they decide to take at least 4 more days than their original delivery date. Never thought ordering a ladder would be so difficult not to mention the fact that their delays and failures are literally costing me money by the day. Customer service is a joke, but at least my local people are good. I would rather pay extra than let them ship anything else for me.
