Pathetic. I reached out to the t force after my package was delivered to the wrong address and had them send me a photo to show proof of delivery. The photo they sent me wasnt my mail room. After sending them back photos of my mail room (which clearly shows a difference) their customer service rep basically told me to “f” off and according to their internal investigation, the package was delivered to the correct address. If I ever see something being delivered by t force again, I’ll cancel the order

I would give 0 if that was an option. Useless customer service, did not address my inquiries, simply sent generic emails with information that had nothing to do with my inquiry. When I called and contacted the company they assured me the deliverer would not leave the package unattended at my door, and that is EXACTLY what happened anyway. Had I not literally just got home minutes before delivery the package would have been left and stolen from my front door (unfortunately I live in a neighborhood where people do this all the time). Unreliable, waste of time, inefficient service. Garbage company, I don’t even know why respectable companies would use Tforce for their services.

received an invoice that a package was undeliverable. which is wierd because we never ordered anything and why wouldn't we be in the office in the middle of the day. Total Scam. They are betting on people just paying the invoice without checking what's it for. DONT DO IT!!!

COMPLETE TRASH LOGISTIC COMPANY. I am not sure why any honorable business would even think of using this company for their delivery service. This courier company stated they attempted the deliver my item and it was undeliverable, since when a New York Hotel does not accept packages for their guest? I work for the hotel and they didn't step one foot into our shipping area to deliver the package. The best way to deal with these courier services is to NOT USE the companies who contract them for their delivery services. TRACKING# TFS_RO1HAK3P63CB61 Amex has already credited my account and charged back the company I purchased from so it's not a loss to me but hopefully, this review will save someone else a HEADACHE. The company who used this vendor was FRAGRANCENET, So Please avoid both companies and shop else ware.

Worst delivery company. One of our bigger suppliers used them, and nothing is delivered on time. IN some cases the items are marked delivered and don't show up till a week or 2 later. When you inquire about the missing items, they just say they were delivered and contact the supplier.

Worst delivery company ever. Unfortunately my package was delivered through this Company. The pallet was completely broken, items came in damaged packages. Not sure why Gorilla company uses this Company to deliver product. The delivery guy left without notifying me to sign for the delivery and authorization of the package delivered. Please avoid this Company completely.

Between telling me that it was illegal to inspect my crate, the rude service, and then canceling my appointment after they were the ones that were late, they decided to drop off my package, 2 hours before my scheduled delivery time on the second appointment, without ever recieveing a signature from me or anyone else that I would have authorized to sign for my package, which came in damaged on the outside, during bad weather. At the end the only reason I opened it was because I was assured from the company that I ordered from that if it was damaged, they would help me with replacing the item. I would give 0 stars for service if I could. And the package being a week later was no help to my schedule/ timeline for opening my business.

Warning! worst delivery service. Unfortunately, Sears Canada is using its service. It's been a week and my item still hasn't been picked up. Sears customer service is asking me to wait for another week, given the item is only a couple of miles away from me!
