Worst company to ship or receive packages. My packages get delivered to other people, never delivered at all, package delivered smelling like weed. It's the worst

I recently made a purchase from overseas, which was ported to Long Beach CA. T Force Freight worked with my FF and provided me services above and beyond what was requested. Email updates on ETA, a tracking number that actually worked.... but best of all: a live person as opposed to a computer system. The staff helped me track my 1,795 package that was 'unique' to say the least. The delivery driver called me prior to arriving as instructed, and even waited for my slackass to get there as I missed his first few calls. I do not see me using any other company in the future. Unfortunately Best Buy automatically chose this pathetic company to deliver my package, saying 'Arrives as early as tomorrow'. We had a bunch of snow the following day in Toronto, on Weds 22nd. Since then, the city has cleared and salted all roads, conditions are fine enough to where the senior citizens in my building are walking outside on the asphalt, but TForce is still claiming 'Delay Weather' and it's now Saturday 25th. ARE THEY WAITING FOR THE SUMMER OR SOMETHING??? This is honestly a poor enough experience to prevent me ordering anything from Best Buy again, at least if it shows they're going to use TForce to deliver. Customer service is a joke too, it's just automatic scripted replies that apologise for the delay and tell me I can track it online, which I obviously already have done. tl;dr: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Short version - This was my Sunsetter awning - It took 5 appointments with 4 no-shows to get my item. The delivery driver dropped my package off the tailgate from 4 feet to the ground with the package clearly labeled "Fragile - DO NOT DROP". The packaging looked like it had been to hell and back. DO NOT USE TFORCE - the "T" is for "Terrible".

Got item delivered today, was worried about delivery seeing the reviews but my item arrived promptly and safety, after a 2 day delay. Got a call the day before from a customer representative to set up a delivery window for the next day, driver was professional and delivered the next day, thank you so much

If there was a Zero rate they would earn it! Worst company ever. All package delivered back door not at your door. Is a joke! Lost packages all the time. They need to shut down this horrible company

The worst delivery company ever. I order things from Saks and for some reason they use this terrible service. Packages that I order were left anywhere but my front door. Every time!!!! For days in the rain because delivery guys would leave it somewhere in the end of a long drive way or by the basement door (which doesn’t look anything like front door) Packages went missing few times because who knows where they were left and who took them!! It’s been going on for a year! I’ve lost all my patience. It never happened to me with any other delivery company

Honestly I was so stressed about recieving my package when I learned it was shipping with Tforce and reading all the horrible reviews and experiences. Maybe I just got lucky but my order was delivered today without incident so for me they deserve a 5 star rating. Maybe they have finally started to get it together after reading customers experiences but who knows , I hope that's the case.
