I was quite scared my adidas package wouldn't arrive because of all the negative reviews on here, but it shipped really quickly and there was no issue whatsoever.

Received a delivery in NE Ohio. Delivery people were great. They even brought the pallet into the building & put it exactly where I asked. Other shippers just dropped the delivery in the parking lot.

This feedback is about TforceFreight's customer support agent. I was expecting some pallets, but the online system did not seem to be accurate. So I called the customer support. It was a real person who helped me, which is not easy to get connected to these days. At first, she redirected to a local branch for further detailed shipping status, and of course, no one answered. I hang up after waiting for a while, and then I called up general customer service again. I realized I got connected to the same operator again. So I explained the situation and said I really need to know when exactly the pallets are arriving because our team work remotely and I need to send someone to the office just to receive the pallets. Then this time, she found someone responsible at the local branch and connected this person to me. Then I could confirm the pallets were arriving that day, so I appreciate this operator's making efforts to actually get someone who can actually help address the issue instead of redirecting me and hang up on her end. Nowadays, many companies use AI bot and you can't expect good customer service anywhere, so this was an unexpected good customer experience that I thought is worth sharing. :)

After all of the bad reviews I was very worried about receiving my shipment on the day scheduled. My delivery window was set from noon until 6:00 pm. At 1:08 pm, the driver arrived on the scheduled day. He was very friendly and professional. I suggested we back up my truck to the lift gate and slide the 400lb printer into the back of my truck. He agreed with no hesitation and we did this within less than one minute. From my truck I drove the printer to the rear of the property where my shop is. The package left California on the 20th of April and I received it on the 24th of April to New Mexico. Super fast transport and I was very relieved to have such a great experience.

Today, January 28 around 2:00 PM, your company delivered a vending machine for my business, Harris Vending, in Van Nuys. I want to highlight the outstanding professionalism of your driver (I believe his name was Alan). The delivery involved a very large semi-truck and an extremely heavy vending machine (approximately 900 lbs and over $6k), delivered to a public storage facility with very limited space and difficult maneuvering conditions. Despite the complexity of the location, tight access, elevators, and space constraints, the driver handled everything calmly, professionally, and with great attention to safety. He worked cooperatively with the on-site staff, took the time to understand the situation, and ensured the machine was positioned correctly without damage. At this moment, the machine has not yet been powered on, but visually it arrived in excellent condition — which speaks volumes about the care taken during transport and delivery. I truly appreciate this level of professionalism, communication, and patience. Experiences like this build real trust. We recently had a sauna kit in a 4x8 crate weighing over 2000lbs to a customer in South Portland, ME. It was just after a snow storm which created a few issues with the delivery timeline. Steve the manager and Amy were wonderful to work with and made sure the delivery happened in a timely way to be onsite for a scheduled sauna kit installation. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Their drivers were very mindful of unloading this crate with great care and a big shout out to Andy Eddy who unloaded the crate with a pallet jack with great precision and care. I could not recommend TForce Freight enough for the quality of their service. RECEIVED AN ONLINE ORDER FROM TFORCE AND I AM IMPRESSED!! I ORDERED DR.MARTENS LOWELLS FROM NORTSTROM THURSDAY NIGHT, TFORCE HAD THEM ON MY PORCH SATURDAY NIGHT. WE JUST HAD THE STORM OF THE CENTURY IN CALI AND I CANT BELIEVE THEY DROVE UP THE COAST FROM L.A. IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN SINCE 1982 AND HAD THESE BAD BOYZ ON MY PORCH, AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN WET!!

On August 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes on eBay shipping from the US. On September 3, 2025 at 11:32am, DHL gave my parcel to Tforce to deliver to my address by the end of the day. I did received my parcel at 5:15pm. Thank you Tforce for your great service and safe delivery.
