Im not even sure how they still get contracts, CH Robinson sends the occasional freight for local delivery to these guys and when they do its the worst. Their logistics team is very rude and clearly either cares 0% for their job or have no idea what they are doing.

Didn't deliver on the scheduled delivery they assigned. Didnt call or let me know. Didn't answer the phone when I called repeatedly. Got cs person next day, but they had no clue and sent a message to someone st the service terminal to call me and reschedule... never got that call... 6K item. I'm now having to try to determine if i just have to cancel and get refunded.. Why do companies keep using tForce when they consistentily fail to deliver to the customer.

Tforce has >95 %negative reviews. one of our vendors keeps using them. They never change. we have a shipment received at the station that is 40 miles away setting on the doc for 2 days. we are not able to get a commitment for delivery. DO NOT USE THEM. Even their drivers say the same things. After calling for 2 days. I seethe shipment is finally out for delivery with this note from tracking: A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED WITH THE CONSIGNEE. This a lie, they have never called to schedule delivery, The person I spoke to said she will address this with The Ocala terminal. I believe they deliberately slow shipments and prioritize others. Just ask your vendors not ship with them. It was not our choice that Tforce was chosen for delivery

Failure to update tracking, over optimistic delivery times and ALWAYS late. I'm in contact with my partner now to try and find a different shipping service.

My product (rubber mats) should have been delivered on May 4th. I started calling on May 5th. It is now May 7th and I am sending an employee out to Ocala location to actually pick up our product. This is not a residential address and trying to speak with anyone....all you get is the same thing you yourself can see on the internet. Tforce....get reliable phone support....actual phone support!! Then get people that know logistics and start getting the products out to your customers. You have actually lost me as a customer as this is the second time I have had to have someone come there to pick up my product. Do you plan on refunding some of my freight seeing as you couldn't see fit to deliver it the balance of 40 miles? Tracey Roberts J & S Trailer Service 352-529-0460

I had an extremely frustrating experience with TForce Freight. My shipment was originally scheduled for delivery on April 27, but from that point on, it was nothing but delays and misinformation. Each time we contacted them, we were given a different delivery date, none of which were honored. At one point, we were told the shipment was “lost in the terminal.” After they supposedly located it, they continued to promise delivery dates that never happened. The most disappointing part was on May 4, when we called again and were told the shipment had not even been loaded—despite previous assurances that delivery was scheduled. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. At this point, we have decided to refuse the shipment and request that it be returned to origin. We cannot continue to tolerate indefinite delays with no clear explanation. Overall, very poor service, lack of transparency, and unreliable communication. I would strongly caution others before using this company. If there is any rate below 1 star i would easily give it to them for such a bad service!

Horrible experience trying to communicate with TForce. I missed a call from local dispatch in which they were trying to schedule a freight delivery, they left a voicemail in which they left no identifying information or reference number. I called the same number back a few minutes later and was re-routed to their offshore call center and they couldn't locate the details of my shipment or put me in touch with local dispatch. Local dispatch has not called me back again to reschedule for five days with no way to reach them. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 10 hours of phone calls and still no delivery, including 3 no shows.
