If there was 0 stars option I would pick that. I have an order that was placed on 5/20/26. What should have a 3 maybe 4 day ship still hasn't arrived and it is now 6/4/2026. With Memorial Day I assumed it would take a bit longer and didn't start checking tracking until 6/1/2026. I found that my order sat in NY for 2 days, then in IL for 5days and now has been in MN for 36hrs(as of the time I am writing this review). I am in WI about an hour from Minneapolis, MN where it supposedly is. In my calls I have been disconnected 2-3 times. I was told that my shipment was accidently rerouted and they needed to locate it. I have also been told that since they didn't hit the original delivery date, the date for "estimated delivery" on their tracking sight will always say todays date - how is that even helpful? If you or any supplier you use is even thinking about using TForce, Don't do it. It is not worth it. I have been lines down which also means that my customer has been lines down.

To whom it may concern: Firstly, your service does not warrant even 1 star. The Tracking number for my shipment is 410133161 . Number 1, it took five day for delivery. Number 2 I made over 20 call and the normal wait was 15 + minute or no one answer and was ask to leave message. Number 3 I lost track of the number of bald face lies from various agents. Number 4 I was told that My delivery would be the first one today and then was told between 11;00-4:00. Truck arrived at 4:45, another lie. Number5 Was told that driver would call before delivery. Another lie. This by far, is the worst trucking I have ever dealt with in the last 30 years.Total lack of consideration and communication for customer. Number 6 Even you recording while waiting for someone to answer is BIGGEST LIE.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Worst shipping experience ever. The service was beyond awful, and they were SO rude to me from the get go. My package was missing for over a week at their terminal, and they kept blaming me?? I spent an entire day on the phone with various people and ended up going to the service center myself to search for my package on the dock / trucks. If you are a company, DO NOT USE THEM.

Not sure why companies are still using them. They lost my order and apparently “cancelled” it without informing me. I had to call to find out.

3rd review of trans force this one also includes DHL e-commerce. So because trans force lost my package iam out 43 dollars for import fees and DHL will not return or answer my calls .not shure why I should eat the cost of a big company's mistake .TRA S FORCE FINAL MILE THE WORST !

0 stars if possible. They lie about shipment status. Will use all kinds of excuse for poor service. They said that delivery was attempted but drop off place was not safe so delivery is delayed. For multiple days, it would say my package was on the way but by the EoD, the status will say 'delivery delayed'. Not sure why any online seller will use this courier.

This company is absolute trash. Said my package would arrive last week and it got delayed once which I got over. Then it got lost, and now it's delayed again. I don't know how they are still in business.

I ordered from a reputable seller on ebay and this is the company they chose to ship with. The tracking stopped after two days. Their website says shipment recorded but cannot be found. Attempting to locate. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago. The seller contacted them and they promised delivery two days ago. Still haven't heard from them. I called their 1800 number and got a call center that assured me it was on it's way and that someone would contact me. That was a week ago, and nothing. Now the seller isn't returning my messages either. I think my $1200 package is sitting in a warehouse 50 miles north of me. That's based on the digging I've been doing, but who knows. I would never use this company and would discourage anyone from even considering them. Just read all of their glowing one star reviews.
