Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. My package went missing twice. After it was finally located, the delivery schedule was changed multiple times at the last minute. I was repeatedly told the package would be delivered, only to receive another call saying the delivery had been postponed again. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and inability to follow through on promised delivery dates made this an extremely frustrating experience. If I had a choice, I would not even give them one star. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company if other delivery options are available.

My item has been sitting in columbia, mo.for almost a week which is 1.5 hours away and still not supposed to deliver for 3 more days and still not betting it shows up then. Terrible company and management!

This feedback is about TforceFreight's customer support agent. I was expecting some pallets, but the online system did not seem to be accurate. So I called the customer support. It was a real person who helped me, which is not easy to get connected to these days. At first, she redirected to a local branch for further detailed shipping status, and of course, no one answered. I hang up after waiting for a while, and then I called up general customer service again. I realized I got connected to the same operator again. So I explained the situation and said I really need to know when exactly the pallets are arriving because our team work remotely and I need to send someone to the office just to receive the pallets. Then this time, she found someone responsible at the local branch and connected this person to me. Then I could confirm the pallets were arriving that day, so I appreciate this operator's making efforts to actually get someone who can actually help address the issue instead of redirecting me and hang up on her end. Nowadays, many companies use AI bot and you can't expect good customer service anywhere, so this was an unexpected good customer experience that I thought is worth sharing. :)

My delivery is two weeks delayed now. No updates or any timeframe given, not even a reason why it’s delayed. This company is the worst so far.

This is the worst. They scheduled a delivery 4 straight days and 4 straight days they did not show up. Customer service is ni no held and they constantly hangs up on customers no doubt on purpose because no attempt to call back. I am still waiting for my shipment to be delivered. Looking into a claim because I can't afford anymore time off work to wait for a no show.

Dear Sir, I ordered a $5,000 pool heater that was meant to be delivered between 1-3 June 2026. It was not. I called your customer service Wednesday June 3rd and was told it would be delivered Thursday June 4th by 2 different agents. June 4th no heater!!!!! Called again 3rd agent said it was en route from PA. I looked it up on your site, it left the warehouse in PA at 12:30am on the 3rd. Its a 6-7 hour journey to location in Southborough MA. So I should have recieved my delivery a day late on the 4th. I did not again. Your Agent said your delivery site in southborough should receive the delivery tomorrow Friday 5th June!!!!!! but he could not confirm I would receive delivery that day!!!! I have literally 5000 people waiting to swim in a commercial swimming pool that you are meant to be delivering a pool heater for. I have had plumber scheduled to install the heater since the 4th June, its a hot weekend...........any idea who Im going to tell them failed to make the delivery......
