After all of the bad reviews I was very worried about receiving my shipment on the day scheduled. My delivery window was set from noon until 6:00 pm. At 1:08 pm, the driver arrived on the scheduled day. He was very friendly and professional. I suggested we back up my truck to the lift gate and slide the 400lb printer into the back of my truck. He agreed with no hesitation and we did this within less than one minute. From my truck I drove the printer to the rear of the property where my shop is. The package left California on the 20th of April and I received it on the 24th of April to New Mexico. Super fast transport and I was very relieved to have such a great experience.

​I am beyond frustrated with this company. I had a confirmed delivery window today between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM for a massive 5-pallet shipment. To prepare for this, I had to take a full day off work and personally pay for a crew to be on-site to help me unload everything. ​I started calling the terminal at noon just to check in, and I called more than 10 times with absolutely no answer. They completely ghosted me. When I finally got through to someone at 2:30 PM, they casually told me they weren't coming today. No phone call, no email, and zero respect for the fact that I’ve lost a day's pay and am now out of pocket for the labor I hired. After seeing how they operate, it's no wonder why there are so many huge bad reviews for this company. ​It is ridiculous that these companies will charge a customer a "redelivery fee" the second a driver has to wait, but when they don't show up at all, they expect the customer to just sit there and take the financial hit. If you are a small business owner or a residential customer, be very careful. Their communication is nonexistent and their logistics are a total mess.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Lost a large crate that was supposed to be delivered to us. I had to call numerous times to try to figure out what was going on. You get put through to a call center I'm sure is in a foreign country with employees that can barely understand English. Each time they told me someone would call me back and it never happened. They ended up finding the missing crate. I was told it would be delivered early afternoon. Didn't happen. We've been waiting on this freight for over 2 weeks. Mind you the freight is coming from a company that is about 6 hours away. It's not like they are driving it across the country. Not sure how they can even stay in business. Worst freight company I have ever had to deal with.

TFORCE is literally the worst courier in the whole country. Avoid using them at any cost. They have let me down so many times. They never answer the phone. They are always a day or 2 later than they promised. They do not know how to run their business. Never never use them.

The worst freight company I have ever experienced. Impossible to communicate with, they don't answer e-mails and the people who are on the phone tell you one thing and something else happens. Tried to deliver a freight order to my residence and did not make an appointment, just expected me to be home to receive it on their terms. I see why they have a 1 star status. How are they still in business???

This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The delivery was scheduled for Friday, but no delivery came. The prompt on the tracking site said "delayed". Saturday morning, I got the "out for delivery" prompt, and I waited doing nothing else all day, just waiting as it said that it would be delivered by 9pm. At 9:54pm the tracking said it was undeliverable, but nobody even made the attempt. According to my security footage they didn't even visit the site at all. I have received dozens of packages from this and other final mile delivery services via ebay and never had this problem. Tomorrow is Sunday and I can do nothing but sit until Monday and wait to try to follow up with customer service for a package I NEEDED ON FRIDAY. This company is awful. The worst I have ever dealt with. I don't even want to leave them one star but there is no "0 stars" option. - sincerely, disgusted ebay customer

They stole my package

They are the worst trucking company in the United States. Their trucks drive right by us and go 5 hours away then drive past us again to our local terminal. Then because we are 41 minutes south they only deliver to us on Mondays but that is not true either. I have never seen a more poorly run company in my life - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
