First time eating here. Just opened a few months ago and thought it would be excellent, but no. ordered Pulled Pork entree. Got a handful of pork fat that was real slimy. Had to dig thru it to find the eatable pork. They should have seen that when put on the plate. No flavor, I make better pulled pork at home. Corn was really basic corn with little flavor. Mashed potatoes were blah! No flavor in any of what they gave me. The Rolls were good and the Beer also. May never go back for another bad experience.

Ribs are burnt also received 2 rolls for 3 dinners and missing a side order. Never again

ribs were luke warm, but good. prime rib was great! honkytonk music was blasting overhead so loud we couldn't talk without shouting. waitress did not charge for the ribs which weren't eaten. jackson tn location i believe i'll go to old town spaghetti store next time byron henry lexington tn

So, if you need your daily fix of raunchy Kid Rock tunes, just stop by your local Texas Roadhouse. After investigating Amazon Music there are actually 3 Kid Rock songs on their canned playlist. Hey, I was around for the first time with this creep. True they have probably his mildest song playing. But, let’s remember 90% of his lyrics are truly awful. Sex with under age girls, methamphetamines, political disdain and much more. There is NO FAMILY anything that should be playing a note of his trash. We spoke to the manager. Of course, he had nothing to say other than it was out of control. We’ve always known TRH leans Republican. But honestly you’d think of people besides Republicans / MAGA’s. This is totally a political stance and again his music SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED over their speakers where children are in attendance. Wanna listen to his awful lyrics, fine. Do it on your own time. Not when the world is like it is now. 80.00 bill later? Never going there again!

I was excited to get a Texas Roadhouse so close. I decided to go up and grab a pulled pork sandwich with steak fries. Pick up time was 1:07, I got there at 1:05. Everything was cold. I thought they had forgotten the fries: then I realized that what I had mistaken for a wax paper wrapped roll were the fries. They were cold and squished like Play-Doh. They have a weird taste like cheap taco seasoning. The sauce is bottled & tastes heavily of liquid smoke. The meat is tasteless: no smoke no tang kind of like a frozen barbecue sandwich you put in the microwave. I decided to salvage the rolls, which have a weird almost perfume like synthetic honey taste. I am not a fussy eater but that was an inedible meal and $15 plus tip is a lot to have to throw the entire dinner out. It was badly prepared, badly served and badly cooked with poor ingredients.

I WENT THERE ON 4.12.2026 AND WAS TOLD ITD BE AN HOUR WAIT SO I WAITED AFTER THE HOUR SHE SAID ANOTHER HOUR THEN THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER AND THE GIRLS WERE ALL UP FRONT LAUGHING AND TALKING AND ON THEIR PHONES AND ME AND MY ELDERLY AUNT WERE THERE FOR HER 90TH BIRTHDAY ALSO MY COUSIN HAD MADE AN ONLINE RESERVATION AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE THE ONE GIRL SEEMED TO BE HIGH HER WORDS WERE DRAGGING AND YOU COULD SMELL THE WEED ON HER OVER THE SMELL OF THE STEAK I CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME BECAUSE HER DINNER WAS RUINED

Texas Road House, Leander,Tx : PLEAS DO NOT open a restaurant if you can not staff or get the orders out in a timely manner. I do NOT like paying $$$ for late, luke warm or cold food.

The experience did not start off well. I called ahead to join the waitlist even though the lady on the phone said there was no wait. When I arrived they said the wait was 15 -45 minutes. It turned out not be that long. Wile standing in the line, the young lady went to the white lady behind us with 4 people and asked her if she was Sandra party of 2? My husband said no we are. She did not apologize only asked if we want to select our cut of meat which I did not since I was upset from the wait and then her treatment . After a while Adrianna (Addy) came to take our drink order...at that time we knew what we wanted to eat and drink. She apologized for our wait for service and she was soo super nice. I told my husband if it were not for her, I would NEVER come back to Texas Roadhouse EVER. The steaks came and they were awesome!!! Super tender and seasoned just right. I told her to please give the chef our compliments. Because of those 2 factors I will be going back to Independence Blvd. location again very soon and ask for Addy specifically.
