O M G!!! I would rate 10 if that was an option. My Husband was in Timonium Md. On business. No luck so we looked up restaurants to eat for lunch. We chose Texas Road house. Best place to eat. So clean. Friendly staff. Best food out there. We tried others, but This is our out now. Love it Love it Love it!!!!! Perfect portions to boot and the price for 2 dinners and 1 to go. So reasonable. We WILL be back!!!! That's a promise. (smile and thumbs up)

Well the experience was not what I…
Well the experience was not what I expected for a chain restaurant you would think they would have better service. I don’t expect too much for my server, but I guess they did do the job. The Food on the other hand was mediocre at best being a steakhouse in Texas. You should be a little bit more competitive and careful with cooking your steaks. Mine was not made to order and the sides were less than impressive. I probably would not recommend this to someone else overall experience not that great.

Anniversary Dinner
First my husband and I went to our local Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary, in Indiana, PA,. When a waiter came I told him I wanted two sirloin steaks well done. My husband had steak fries and I had a baked potatoe. My husband heard me telling the waiter I wanted two steaks. 1 . The waiter brought 1 steak back, I cut the steak in half, believe me it wasn't worth the $14.99 price. My end was soft and tender, my husband was pink inside and tuff as shoe leather. My baked potato was not baked the whole way through. My husband's mushrooms tasted burnt he said. The ONLY THING that was good was the Bloomin onion. Last year we went there it was Sunday after church and we had GREAT SERVICE and Food was Great, I would have given it a 5 STARS*****, THIS YEAR 2** STARS, THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS IN 1 YEAR. Very DISAPPOINTED.. Thank God I called a reserved a table for us. Or we would have been sitting for hours.

Horrible Guest Service and Interaction
I want to share my experience from this evening at the Texas Roadhouse located at 15255 W. McDowell Road, Goodyear, Arizona. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences my family and I have had.
My family and I arrived around 7:30 p.m. on a busy Sunday evening. Our party included my wife, my son, my daughter-in-law, my grandchildren, and me. We understand that weekends are busy, and we had no issue waiting approximately 30 minutes for our food. Our concerns began once the meals were served.
I ordered the Double Pork Chop dinner, which I order frequently. When my meal arrived, it was missing the gravy-style sauce that normally accompanies it. I politely asked our server, Dejah, about it. Rather than checking or asking for clarification, she immediately responded in a rude and abrupt manner, saying, "No, it doesn't." After I explained what I was referring to, she realized which sauce I meant. My concern wasn't the sauce itself, it was the way I was spoken to. Whether a server is new or experienced, customers should always be treated with respect. If there is uncertainty about a menu item, the appropriate response is to verify the information, not immediately tell a guest they are wrong.
The second issue was even more concerning. My wife, son, and daughter-in-law all ordered steaks. As many guests do, they requested A.1. Steak Sauce. We were told the restaurant had completely run out. This was around 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday dinner rush.
As someone with extensive restaurant operations experience, I find it unacceptable for a steakhouse to completely run out of A.1. Steak Sauce during one of its busiest service periods. Proper planning, forecasting, and inventory management should prevent basic staple items from being unavailable. If inventory is running low before dinner service, management should obtain additional product from a nearby location or supplier before the evening rush. Running out entirely and simply telling guests there is none available is not acceptable.
Shortly afterward, the manager, Gabriel, came to our table while checking on guests. Since he asked how everything was, I honestly shared my concerns and asked how a Texas Roadhouse could be completely out of A.1. sauce during dinner service. Rather than apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, he offered excuses about why they were out. At no point did he apologize, offer an alternative solution, or demonstrate any concern for our experience.
Leadership sets the tone for every restaurant. When management responds with excuses instead of accountability and genuine hospitality, it is not surprising that employees display the same attitude toward guests.
My family and I dine at this location three to four times each month, and until now we have enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, after this experience, we have decided we will no longer patronize this location. This was not about the missing sauce or the lack of A.1. alone, it was about the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness of both our server and the manager to take ownership of the situation.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not simply to complain but to highlight areas that require immediate attention. Better leadership, improved training, stronger inventory management, and a renewed focus on guest hospitality would go a long way toward restoring confidence in this restaurant.

our waiter Morgan
The only positive part of our experience was our waiter Morgan. We was amazing, attentive, and got out our order perfectly. The wait was horrific even after signing up before hand on their wait list.

Steak way under cooked
My son and I sat at the bar to get seated sooner. The waitress was attentive and took care of us. We ordered an appetizer and two 6oz sirloin steak dinners. He ordered his medium. It came medium rare. I ordered mine medium rare and it was bloody rare, barely seared on each side and what I considered to be rare not medium rare. I sent it back. When the manager brought out another cooked steak, it also was totally bloody all over the plate and cooked rare, not medium rare. The manager Krista argued with me that it was cooked how I ordered it. I sent it back again and told her it needed to be cooked more if that's what she considered medium rare and that I always had ordered medium rare in the past and it was perfect. My 3rd steak came while I was in the restroom. It was medium well and barely even pink in the middle, and also not hot. I asked our server to get our check. My son had said the manager took the steak off the bill, but she only deducted $8. I asked the server to have the manager Krista come back. I complained to the manager again about how the steak was cooked, which was then way over cooked and about the charge and said it was unacceptable to have to pay for any part of my meal. The manager begrudgingly took my entire meal off, showing me cooking charts of steaks. Both times I spoke to her she was rude and took attitude with me. I understand there can be small interpretations on how food/meat is cooked but not to this extreme. Texas Roadhouse is usually my favorite place to eat a meal. I'm good to my servers and usually tip 20%. This manager Krista was just rude and curt and needs training on how to deal with complaints. She had the attitude that she was right and was just rude about the whole situation. If this is how Krista treats customers, she doesn't need to be a manager.
