The food is good but not the food I ordered thank you bye

They provide an email for customer suggestions ect, yet when I emailed them about adding another location near Warminster, PA, considering the only locations near there is a half hour away in both directions, they BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS & never replied! I have my email from them as proof, showing it was BLOCKED!

Texas road house on US192 Kissimmee was dreadful. Over cooked steaks and rubbish covering management unable to do anything. A dreadful experience for a $30 steak. Give it a miss please for your wallets sake. The side salad was dreadful as well.

Very disappointed in this meal at the Roseville location. The quality of the meat has deteriorated from when we visited June 14th. 1. The waitress did not ask us to cut into the steak to assure the meat was cooked to the order. My wife's steak, the 6 ounce filet was undercooked (rare). My steak 12 ounce ribeye looked like a strip steak. 2. When we alerted the waitress of our issues, she told us that my ribeye looked correct. I needed the manager to rectify the issues. She sent my wife's steak back to finish cooking. 3. As I cut into my steak it was cooked proper, yet was tough. 4. Sent it back to be replaced with a proper ribeye as I had ordered. 5. While I waited for my replacement steak, my wife complained that her filet was tough too. We were tired of waiting for the manager to help us, so she ate the tough filet anyways. 6 All the while I had to eat my potato which became cold, because of the kitchen's error in serving me the wrong cut of steak. 7. The potato was served with the sour cream globbed on the potato, waitress said we should have requested the topping on the side. My grandson's birthday is coming soon, I doubt we will be using this restaurant to celebrate, after the meager service we received today. Now I am unable to send this message , their website is non functional.

They tried hard to make the experience good, but no. Steak was undercooked and cutting into it was cutting into leather. Sending it back made it worse. Likely THE worst steak of my entire life. Never again.

I have just taken my family to go to eat at Texas Roadhouse off highway 64 in Bartlett and I mind you we were long before many groups came and had already been waiting 30 minutes then. Because I had my grandkids of twins 11 year olds and 18,a 16 year old when they finally took us to a table it was 2 really small tables to where we didn’t even have arm room to eat. At the same time since we were so crumbled up we ask if we could sit at 2 booths because they had 9 spots open but they said they couldn’t. I guess they had those tables spared for adults thinking they pay more in tips. What a shame. Worst customer service and waitress ever

This afternoon I had a ribeye steak that was the worst I’ve eaten ever… I’m not sure what happened to Texas Roadhouse, but for the last three years the meat has been less desirable. Either the corporate office has lost talent understanding beef or their quality standards have degraded. The taste, tenderness, and overall quality have diminished. Is this a supplier issue or lack of corporate skill to identify good beef.
