Rudest Service We got there around 9:30 and yes I do understand they close at ten but we tipped 50 percent we spent enough that they shouldn’t have been rude but there wasn’t a bit of customer service in that place! Our order wasn’t right the location is great but the service is awful!!

‘Disorganized Service Ruined an Otherwise Promising Meal’ Yesterday, May 26, 2026, between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, my wife and I visited the Texas Roadhouse at 186 Hanes Mall Circle in Winston-Salem for the second time this year. We are longtime retirees who relocated from New York four years ago to be closer to our grandchildren, and we had hoped for a pleasant and relaxing afternoon out. My wife ordered the crispy salmon, which was cooked beautifully-perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside-and served with rice and vegetables. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal, and it arrived promptly and all at once. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I ordered my usual 20 oz bone-in ribeye, along with mashed potatoes (with sour cream on the side) and broccoli. While the steak itself was flavorful and well-prepared, the rest of the meal service was frustratingly disorganized. Instead of being served together, my food arrived in stages over roughly 15 minutes. First came the steak, then several min later the broccoli-which was undercooked to the point of being difficult to eat-and finally the mashed potatoes, topped with an unappetizingly cold spoonful of sour cream. This staggered delivery significantly diminished the overall dining experience. A meal like this should be served cohesively so it can be enjoyed as intended, not pieced together over time. Our server, Brittany (Table No: 335), appeared pleasant but inexperienced, and the service reflected a lack of coordination and attention to detail. While I still left a $15 tip out of courtesy, I regret doing so given the quality of service we received. To make matters more uncomfortable, our visit ended on an awkward note when my wife-who rarely drinks-attempted to take her unfinished mango margarita to go, which led to an embarrassing situation. Overall, while the food showed some promise, the service issues were significant enough that I do not plan to return to this location. In the future, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely hate the loud noise and confusion as sooo many other people I have talked to. Solution: Double your clientele by providing a quiet place and a noisy space. I limit my patronage because of the noise despite my love for the food.

Server was good. Service was slow. Ordered a hamburger, well done. We got it rare. Asked for onions on the burger, no onions. Asked for no lettuce on the burger, got lettuce on the burger. Ordered deep fried pickles; they were very salty. Ordered boneless pork chop. Very overcooked, like shoe leather. Gravy was very salty. Side of applesauce never came. Ordered ribeye and shrimp combo. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasted good. Grilled shrimp were extremely salty. Mixed veggies side was cooked well and tasted good. Sweet potato side was cooked well and tasted good. Overall experience was mediocre.

Tipping system stinks. One person sits you, waitress or waiter takes your order, another person brings the order. We only saw the wait staff once yet when I asked who receives the tip or was it shared, the answer was the wait staff whom we only saw once during the whole time

We order 3 dinners chicken fried steak and sirloin steak and a steak all the meat was burned the price came to 67.oo dollars I talked to a young woman manger and she said she would replace them well then I got a 25.00 gift card in my email It was a military gift that I paid with I am not crazy about their food it got worst every year the people working there is not good I want my money back I talk to a guy who was a smart ass who said put me out of business I will never go back and yea people put them out the food is to high and sucks
