The food is good but not the food I ordered thank you bye

My wife and I had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Greenville, TN on 09/11/26. We both had ribs and both servings were cold. My wife's vegetable side was also cold. The "background" music was rediculously loud. Have no desire to go back.

3rd person seated at 11 opening. Took 25 minutes to get a med rare prime rib, Got slab ribs to go.. Just heated, terrible dry, burned,, threw 1/2 away

First my husband and I went to our local Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary, in Indiana, PA,. When a waiter came I told him I wanted two sirloin steaks well done. My husband had steak fries and I had a baked potatoe. My husband heard me telling the waiter I wanted two steaks. 1 . The waiter brought 1 steak back, I cut the steak in half, believe me it wasn't worth the $14.99 price. My end was soft and tender, my husband was pink inside and tuff as shoe leather. My baked potato was not baked the whole way through. My husband's mushrooms tasted burnt he said. The ONLY THING that was good was the Bloomin onion. Last year we went there it was Sunday after church and we had GREAT SERVICE and Food was Great, I would have given it a 5 STARS*****, THIS YEAR 2** STARS, THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS IN 1 YEAR. Very DISAPPOINTED.. Thank God I called a reserved a table for us. Or we would have been sitting for hours.

The only positive part of our experience was our waiter Morgan. We was amazing, attentive, and got out our order perfectly. The wait was horrific even after signing up before hand on their wait list.

First time eating here. Just opened a few months ago and thought it would be excellent, but no. ordered Pulled Pork entree. Got a handful of pork fat that was real slimy. Had to dig thru it to find the eatable pork. They should have seen that when put on the plate. No flavor, I make better pulled pork at home. Corn was really basic corn with little flavor. Mashed potatoes were blah! No flavor in any of what they gave me. The Rolls were good and the Beer also. May never go back for another bad experience.

Ribs are burnt also received 2 rolls for 3 dinners and missing a side order. Never again

ribs were luke warm, but good. prime rib was great! honkytonk music was blasting overhead so loud we couldn't talk without shouting. waitress did not charge for the ribs which weren't eaten. jackson tn location i believe i'll go to old town spaghetti store next time byron henry lexington tn
