TexasroadhouseReviews of texasroadhouse.com

Original review below. MOD reached out to me directly and addressed this head on. While the experience was disappointing she handled it best as possible, owned the situation, and genuinely sought to retain my business while providing a positive experience. Every business can have a bad day but the measure of quality is how they handle those days. Megan handled this one like a pro and I'll give them another shot based on her ability to do her job. Thanks Megan. Youre an asset to this location. Charlottesville VA location. Worst porterhouse I've ever had. Potato was tiny and massively overcooked. Butter isnt actual butter at all. Just a waste of money especially if you plan to order a steak. Doubtful they serve even choice beef, definitely not prime and I seriously doubt their cooks could make a grilled cheese properly. Will not be visiting here again, just plain bad food.

My wife and I had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Greenville, TN on 09/11/26. We both had ribs and both servings were cold. My wife's vegetable side was also cold. The "background" music was rediculously loud. Have no desire to go back.

From the time we walked in waiting while restaurant not full at all. Host rude I guess I interrupted her flirting with the 2 boys standing with her. As we sit waiting I had to have my daughter and her friend go out play games because the to go staff was talking inappropriate adult conversation this is horrible

I will never 🗣️ spend another dollar with this company. I don't want any "STAPLES" in my food. I would give you "NEGATIVE 5 STARS ⭐" if I could. Goodbye 👋🏾 forever. 🌍

After the accusation of black peoples food being spit in, I’ll never eat there again.

Texas Roadhouse should be shut down

Food was fine. When the line dance was started, the music was so loud that it triggered a migraine headache for my wife. We had to get the food to go. Thanks for ruining my dining experience! Last time we will attempt to eat at their restaurant!

We hit up the Union City location on our way home from Oakland. Great Service, waiter was informative, helpful, and approachable. Food was good. Will hit it up again.
