I love this place. The food, the staff, omg the rolls, etc., I travel all around the US, and have NEVER been to a crappy location. Great business!

My Texas Roadhouse is located in Teterboro, New Jersey. My wife and I have been going to this Texas roadhouse since its opening. The food is good, the prices are fare. There are a few things i`ve found issues with. The prices have gone up a few dollars per everything. Drinks cost more and some drinks that go great with steak have been discontinued. Like pina coladas. Now they told me the other day they may not be serving chocolate milk any more. That`s the deal breaker! I love my pina colada with my steak or chicken, but will settle for chocolate milk. My only other dine out dinner drink is chocolate milk which they may be discontinuing, or chocolate shakes which they do not serve at Texas Roadhouse. Well that happens, It`s hello outback and longhorn steak house`s that both serve chocolate milk and Pina Coladas and bye bye to Texas Roadhouse.

Been to the Westland MI Texas Roadhouse several times with good to great service although very pricey ($8.50 for a beer). This time we sat at the bar. We got a drink and bloomin onion app but when we finally got them there was so much foam on the beer it was like a root beer float.. but no biggie. Ordered a 2nd drink with our dinners. Drinks never came, salad came out the same time as the food then the drinks. Mind you we are sitting at the bar - not much room - steaks were cold by the time we ate half our salads. Never sat at a bar with empty drinks for so long (note: not our regular bar tenders). My wife and daughter in law request Texas Roadhouse regularly but since I won't go anymore they will bring their business elsewhere (when it's a family get together). Don't get me wrong the food is great - maybe drive through on occasion.

I have been a customer of Texas Roadhouse for years. Although sometimes they are too busy to get everything right, I have never complained except this time. On 3/25/2023, I sat at the bar by myself and ordered a grilled plate with sweet potato and a salad. Salmon. When my food arrived, I was not happy with the size of the salmon but I ate what I had. I asked the server if I could get another piece of salmon only, She said yes! Great. The new piece took time to get, but I waited and when I got it I was shocked. the piece was not much bigger than 4 inches. I ate it and asked for my bill. I received the RIGHT bill and it showed the last salmon piece cost me $ 11.49!!!!!!!!. The dinner plate was only $15.49 so my order of just salmon was just less than $4.00 from my entire order. Not counting my glass of draft beer. Sorry, Texas Roadhouse... I can't afford to visit the restaurant often. I was not happy and I am still not happy! Let Chad Noble know about this. He is a good manager. I have talked to him many times. MED

Poor customer service from the wait staff and management. And don’t bother filing a complaint, since the managing partner just argues with you about everything. Find somewhere else to get an overcooked steak.

Both of us ordered the sirloin medium rare and we both got medium to well done. Not very happy with the cooks. The corn I ordered was luke warm and mushy. Just overall not pleased with quality of food.

I went to Texas Roadhouse a couple weeks ago. Although the food was acceptable, their concern for customers leaves a lot to be desired! I chose to pay for my bill using the computer on the table (the one with games on it). It changed the amount I entered for a tip, making it close to $10. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she said she'd take care of it, but two weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to refund the difference. I don't appreciate thieves or liars and will NOT be giving them anymore of my business!

We arrived at our local Texas Roadhouse resturant in Hickory, NC at 5:15 pm. This was on a Saturday. There was no parking close to the resturant. Everything was booked. Upon arriving at the front door we were greeted by a little girl taking resverations. She shaid about 45 minutes. I was 2.5 hours before we were stated. There were at least 100 people standing outside in the COLD waiting to get inside. The resturant app Yelp kept on crashing. There was no outside cover for the people waiting to get in. Could not wait inside. The bathrooms .... don't let me go there. The food was good.
