agoThis place is horrible and my opinion they're not handicap friendly. My son has a power wheelchair and my mother uses a walker. We had a party of about 12 or 13 people and called ahead of time on the 17th of August. We still didn't have enough room. It's really busy and overcrowded. We had to move some of our party in another location and then they proceeded to tell me that my son's wheelchair was in a firehazard place. They want your money, but NEEDS TO MAKE THE RESTAURANT BIGGER AND HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. My mom had to take her walker back to the car. It made me mad, because how you don't serve everyone. And it should be a firehazard how packed it is in there. Ikd if the fire marshell comes they would have a fine. Service

Wish I could give 0 star. Firstly promised 25 minute for table, 1 hour later was still waiting to be sat. Arrogant employee out the front who had let equal size parties in after we arrived. Food bang average at best. Avoid and try one of the smaller chains who do value there customers

It seems the quality of the meat entrees is going down. Tonight I had the pork chop that used to be very thick and juicy. Tonight it was kinda thin and dried out like you can get at every other restaurant and the reason many people resist ordering pork chops at restaurants. Not sure who, and by what thought process thought this change was a good idea. Definitely never order the pork chop again and considering the hit miss experience with the other beef entrees may not return very often if ever. Texas Roadhouse was our family’s favorite restaurant. The only saving Grace is the rolls and baked potatoes are still great.

This sit down restaurant chain has it down. Fast service, reasonable menu prices, and the bread they give you free is soooo good! I have been to many locations and the quality is very uniformly good. Rare these days.

My family and I visited the Texas Roadhouse in Muskegon Michigan...they all had steaks, cooked well done. I had a burger that was medium and pink inside. I immediately got sick and notified the restaurant...they gave me $20 off the next visit. Over the course of 2 days I got a lot sicker and went to the hospital. I spent the night there on an IV and the doctor determined I had picked up a virus. I notified Texas Roadhouse a second time and they rudely responded "it's your word against ours, prove it"

Brittany Griffith, Flagstaff, AZ. In our 20+ year experience of visiting Texas Roadhouse across the country we only once or twice encountered an owner/partner as engaged as Brittany. She does it all - seats people, takes orders, delivers food & takes extremely good care of her regular customers.
