Bad experience with this restaurant. Rotten lettuce in the salad, greasy onions and mushrooms, I like my buns brown not white, hot not cold. Was very dissatisfied. Manager gave us a free meal after we paid for this one. Waited about a month and went to get the free meal on a different day, hoping to get a better cook. Chicken and sweet potato was great. Buns were cold, had to get fresh ones. My Friends mushrooms were burnt. Decided to get dessert. Got a chocolate brownie with a scoop of ice cream, that cost seven dollars, and the brownie was so hard we could not cut it with a knife. Bad experience, will not go to this restaurant ever again. We got takeout from the South Jordan Texas Roadhouse Restaurant and had no honey butter for the rolls and no peppercorn sauce for the porkchops so disappointed... This is the second time this has happened.....

Our family ordered take out. Unfortunately, the potatoes were not done and the loaded sweet potato was indeed "loaded" but only with marshmallow. Really disappointed in the take out service!

Went to Texas Roadhouse for a Birthday party waited 2 hours to be seated. When we received our food steaks were very well done not medium like we ordered. An today I've got a bad case of food poisoning Not what I call a good experience

I went to the one in Katy Texas near I 10 very racist and rude twards African Americans.. food is thrown together.. complain to the management and they refuse to believe what you’re saying is true.. really I sincerely believe African Americans should avoid this place period..

We are 23 year patrons of this restaurant across the US. We visited the one in Flagstaff yesterday. I always order triple cooked broccoli and have never had an issue. Yesterday, it was brought to the table burnt - a good server would not have. My steak was returned since the flavor wasn't good. This was the worst experience we have had.

Texas Roadhouse is probably the best steak house my wife and I have ever been too! We always get the Prime Rib and it never fails. It’s the best Prime Rib we have ever had! It’s always cooked exactly how we like. Customer Service is always on point!

Through Thick and Thin Texas Roadhouse has always impressed me with their great customer service, treatment of veterans, and variety of menu, but during Covid our local Houma Restaurant has gone above and beyond to stay open, offer take out and when possible eat in options. Then came Hurricane Ida. Almost every restaurant in the area was closed. Texas Roadhouse struggled to get up as fast as possible and managed to keep fully staffed (at least it looks like it's fully staffed!) and keep the restaurant running. The management must be awesome to make all this happen. Other sit-down restaurants are slowly reopening, but Texas Roadhouse has been open every second they possibly could be to support the community, provide jobs, and be a high spot in a very low morale time. THank you so much for keeping things going, even when you had every reason to close up shop. Your plan for take out was well thought out and executed, and your rolls were always mouthwateringly perfect.
