We put ourselves on waitlist from the laptop, was given confirmation of 15 minutes. Takes 10 to get to restaurant. Meva tells me they do not have it, ask me to wait until my husband comes in as he made the reservation. She then proceeds to check in 2 other quests. When my husband comes in she says we must have chosen the wrong store. My husband IS NOT STUPID. At that point she puts on the waitlist behind the other 2 parties, if she did not have us on her waitlist she should have put me on the waitlist before taking the other guest. My wait has gone from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Not my problem your system does not work, but it is also not my problem that Mava has poor customer service skills. Another restaurant got my business. Ordered prime rib for the first time....I truly could only chew one piece enough to swallow.....the rest was worst than old chewing gum....the flavor was not good....too smokey tasting.....the juice was.....whatever......very disappointing for a $30.00 meal.....threw out over 60% of the meat.....I consider myself a great cook and this was truly bad.....ss...but just telling the truth.....

The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is well-trained and clean and accommodating. The fish, ordered the 4-piece catfish with steak fries, was the lowest quality. It appeared to be minced, not even frozen fish stick quality. The manager said it was farm raised and not minced so if true, their supplier is sub-par and they are slicing thin and breading heavy so there is no taste in fish. The special sirloin was tough.

Very good food & great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is always made fresh and prepared to order. The Prime Rib is spectacular and tasty. The buns melt in your mouth !!! Never an issue or problem here. 5 ***** as always.

This was the first and last time I will go to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. I went with a friend to the one located on Winchester Rd. in Boynton Beach, Fl. We ordered the onion blossom that did not taste good at all...Outback's are 100% better. We left most of it. The salad was okay..nothing special. The ribeye steaks were mostly fat and left more than we ate. The bill was $72.00 for the two of us...one alcoholic drink and one soda. The noise level was unbearable and when they sang happy birthday we had to hold our ears. Totally unacceptable for a restaurant to make that much noise and that alone would stop me from EVER going back. Really an unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the money they charged. The waiter was good although he was the one to suggest the ribeye steaks...ugh!

5-21-23. We got 2 to go orders today the girl that took our orders was pleasant and helpful the food was packaged properly all sides were there as requested and was actually very good will be back.

My biggest complaint is with their online check in system. Completely unreliable and disorganized. Checked in online. Easy enough. Received text instructions to follow upon arrival. Arrive and text HERE as advised. Go to door, and there is a long line to stand in for “Online Check in Registration”. Stood in blazing hot sun for 15 minutes to be told to wait for another text. Received text to go to inside counter for seating. Open door, and now we have yet another line to wait in for seating. Two more texts, and 20 minutes later, we finally get someone to give us a table. Over an hour after arrival, using their “online check in”. Food and other service was okay. Not great, but okay. Turnoff was the system to get us to a table. Never again.

Absolutely awful. Our waiter named Gavin singled out one of our party members for not having much money. He used profanity often directly to him. He kept making fun of him and making everyone uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend Gavin from Vincennes Indiana Texas road house.
