We have been going to Texas Roadhouse in Orange Park, Fl for a long time. This evening 3/30/24, we ordered a 6oz sirloin. Normally I can cut my steak with my fork. Steaks tonight were tough. Mine was medium rear and my wife's was medium well. This is the first time I have been disappointed in Texas Roadhouse. Our friend also order a steak and she said that is was also tough. I told our waiter and she said she would pass it on. The steaks were cooked as we requested. It was not the cook, it was tough sirloin.

The grand opening of the Texas Roadhouse in St. Augustine was a bustling affair, with diners pouring in non-stop. The managers and staff were well-prepared and eager to serve. As I arrived, I noticed the addition of a To Go walk-up window, a fantastic concept that I'll surely use in the future. Our dining experience was delightful, thanks to our server Taylor. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, making our time there enjoyable. Despite my son running late, she remained patient as I held the table for an extended period. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Nay, one of the servers, who stood out from the rest. She was not only efficient and diligent but also showed compassion and care. I watched in awe as she communicated with an elderly couple using sign language, engaging them in full conversations. The couple looked so happy and appreciative of Nay's genuine personality, and I was equally impressed. I made sure to inform Nay's manager, Chase, of my observations. The staff's genuine desire to make the dining experience enjoyable is what will bring me back in the near future.

I made an order online today for my staff and we were celebrating a birthday. We are an environment that does not keep utensils. In most cases, this would not be a big deal, but it is very difficult to eat without a fork. At the top of my order list today I requested five packs of utensils, I pick up my order and get back to the office and there are no utensils. These little things make a difference to the customers, especially in my circumstances just letting you all know that it does matter to all of us when we request things we have a reason and a need .

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. However, the rest of our experiences were not so great. The front desk has an attitude. When I called in with a question, I was treated like I was stupid. I also felt like I was rushed and out very quickly. I didn't feel welcomed at all. I only gave a 3 star because we had a great waitress otherwise it would have been a 1 Star.

We had lunch at the Bowling Green, KY Texas Road House today. Good food and great service!! Latonya, our server, was friendly and helpful. She is the kind of person you're glad you talked to, upbeat, kind, and patient. The manager came around just talking to the customers and making sure we had a good experience.

Springhill, TN. Texas Roadhouse… served by Cynthia and unsure of manager, he ran off after I tried explaining the problem. The rolls were great! There was 3 servers unsure if they served strawberry daiquiris… we had to go her to check cause her answer was unsure … I asked if they had whip queen… she reassured us they had… then serves without and says they don’t have any then says let me go get some from the back… and brings it out. Then I ordered an all American burger and said specifically,” well done, not burnt but not pink” she brings me a charcoal burger and I asked what this was and she says… unfortunately when you ask well done this is how they come out. Then I asked for manager and I told him the situation and he says, I’m sorry we are slammed in the back and runs off. So I didn’t get to eat but a few fries! Pictures to be followed on Facebook of my Charbroiled Burger (not ordered nor corrected!) and my boyfriend’s medium well steak was well well done!

Very unpleasant Service executed by Roxana. Her greeting was not welcoming at all, her attitude showed that she didn't want to be there...No drinks were offered, we then ordered two glasses of water, at the time of taking our dinner order, there were no suggestive selling/upselling...No Appetizer, No onion or mushrooms, No loaded Baked Potato etc.. Her steps of service and her table maintenance were MIA...no bread or water refills were offered...and off course dessert was nowhere to be heard..... I think retraining or a couple of shift follows, would not be a bad idea. The focus should be Customer Service and steps of Service....to begin with. We are not coming back to this location..
