Worst Texas Roadhouse Restaurant I have dined in. Waitress was only there to take my order and never came back except for dropping off the check but was willing to service others well. She is a r. The manager was also unfriendly and a r. Apparently, this location only hires r's.

Ok so? ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ of of 5 , Texas Roadhouse was awesome food was amazing but wait time was the pits! Every1 else got peanuts..not me. I signed up online for waitlist and I still waited 40 mins I am a veteran and I showed my card did not get a discount even though they offer one!! My friends got. Fried catfish dinner 2 beers and country chicken fried chicken dinner and berry lemonade. I got porter house with ribs and Mac & cheese, legendary margarita. (My invisible friend drank the whole thing in 14 seconds) $14 and gone in 14 seconds! Delicious but mostly ice!. It was most ice anyhow , & a beer.. and with vip sign up got a free appetizer we chose onion blossom! My steak was perfect DO DAMM GOOD …BEST STEAK IN MINNESOTA ,!!!! best I’ve had in 22 yrs in fact!!! Potato was fluffy hot rolls were hot and cinnamon honey butter was delicious but geshhh. Can we get more butter they brought one portion of butter for 4 rolls? Huh? Stop being stingy with the butter gosh! What’s wrong with you ? We had to keep asking for butter bring one per person.. or how about one per roll gesh!!! Or maybe just a proper portion for the whole table the entire meal why so stingy on the butter? Huh? Texas Roadhouse #TexasRoadhouse #texasroadhouseapplevalleymn 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘀" @TexasRoadHouseAppleValleyMn I’m being generous with the stars,, the food was amazing but seriously no vertebra disc. And the margaritas was mostly ice .. and even though I was on online waitlist still waited a long time

I ordered a black Russian. It was the worst drink I ever received. Told the waiter about it. Nothing was done. Manager never even came to our table to see what the problem was or try to fix it. Absolutely horrible Also ordered a steak medium. Well, it came back bloody. The most terrible experience I've ever had going out for dinner. I'll never go there again. Can't believe they're willing to lose customers over such a petty little thing. Manager should be fired! If I could give them zero stars, I would

My family took my mother to the Texas Roadhouse in Lexington, Ky on Lake Crest dr. Food was ok, nothing exciting. Service was good. Paid my bill. Two days later I see where the server gave herself more money on the tip than what I left. I felt it was an honest mistake and contacted the restaurant. Spoke to Noah, the manager, who assured me he would take care of it. This was on April the 3rd or 4th. He text me on April the 5th and told me it was taken care of and I should see my refund within 3 to 5 business days. That never happened and every time I reach out to Noah he said he would take care of it and get back with me. Finally I decided to contact corporate myself and they had no records of anything. Noah text me after not responding to my phone calls or texts and said he was going to take care of. I told him that I've already contacted corporate and that I thought it was ridiculous that it was taking this long to get resolved. Noah then stated not to contacted him anymore. If you are the manager and you say you are going to get something resolved and follow back up with the customer, then do it. It is going on a month now. I will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse and Noah needs some training on how to talk to customers and actually following up on what he said he was going to do.

I ordered a 11 oz sirloin cooked medium and it came overcooked and very chewy. My wife's was the same. Worst steak I ever had there. I could hardly chew it. Won't go back for a while.

Best place we ever been. The combination of the cost and taste is super balanced. Service is awesome.

we went there for the first time . the server was great but food was the worst we ever had They opened at 4 pm we got there at 5 pm and order prime rib it came out cold and it was chucks about 2 inch thick and went to 1/4 inch thick we ask for new ones and was told they had no more prime rib this was only 1 hour after opening I will never go back. This was in Vera Florida

Waiter was terrible and food was cold! He told us they didn’t have strawberry lemonade after we tried to order one! My daughter ordered loaded mashed potatoes the potatoes were so cold the cheese didn’t melt Horrible service and food
